Forgot to add 4c another capital raise IS highly likely as the debt deal states.

Additional time has been granted to the Company to raise equity or (in the alternative) issue warrants. The previous PIK structure and deadlines for the issuance of warrants to the banks no longer apply; instead, providing the Company raises equity capital of a net $25m or more no later than 30 June 2021 (the "Equity Raise"), and raises further equity capital by 31 December 2022, taking the combined fund raising to at least a net $75m, it will not be required to issue any warrants nor will any PIK interest accrue. Any such proceeds raised will be used to reduce the Company's debt liabilities.

Think I’ll leave this one for now and look again after the dilution.

4C, it was in reference to H1

Without double checking I thought it was $75m in total including what they’ve already raised which I think was £20m gross.

Didn’t they have to raise a minimum of $75m anyway before the end of 2022 as part of the debt restructuring with the banks ?

With $50m revenue and $375m worth of debt, reduced interest of Libor +3% which will ratchet back to libor +5% and a $50m minimum raise still to come before the end of 2022 i would say it’s happy where it is.

I’ve been selling on spikes since day dot here AIM (yes I’m one of the 10%-30% sellers on Aim) as FOMO generally always costs a lot more profit along the way. Bird in the hand and all that as stocks on this market always give you a slap.

You’re not the only one Dave, I’ve been in and out since those days also. Could kick myself for thinking AIM would hold onto the ML gains, or some of them at least. Could of had an extra £3k in the back pocket.

The fat lady did her encore months ago, she’s left the stage and is at home eating now Irish.

Aim, Kabunga has never been at the company, he’s kept it at arms length throughout. He was no doubt also instrumental in bringing the tenement to aim in the first place with Steve Mahede and employing the likes of NIck Johansen and his favourite geologist along the way.

I’d be very surprised if it wasn’t Kabunga, don’t forget he’ll get first dibs in any financing rounds that will no doubt follow. Always at a discount to the then current sp along with warrants. His other cln’s just happened to get converted just before the ML so he could sell into it. It’s not NJ or MB that’s been running the show here.

What’s that saying, a trade gone wrong is a long term investment. Patience my arris.

Volume will stay low as most shares are tied up in zbni due to TSX rules.

Can’t see this going anywhere now while Kabunga is still selling. So could Kabunga be keeping the price down with his constant selling to get his cash ready for the financing, no doubt with a big chunk of warrants to boot. Win win all round for him, makes money on the tenement in the first place, again throughput the proving up stage, then the financing. Just thinking out loud.

Clocks go back next month though, then it’ll be bought up hard :)
