Due to the COVID-19 lockdown in South Africa, an extension to the final submission date of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Management Program (EMPR) was granted by the South African Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE), and these reports are to be submitted on 15 January 2021. The EIA is currently underway in order to ensure that future mining on the project is done in the most environmentally friendly manner possible, in order to share the Company's vision of a "green nickel development".

Your posts have been the same for years here Tiburn, lengthy and wrong, yet you still don’t learn. My call would be that you’ll get little back from your investment but you continue to big up what ‘might’ happen ‘could’ happen with a little fact thrown in for good measure next to a link that’s of little relevance but to sow the seed of positivity. Seems to me you’re trying to get folk to buy in so you can get out with as much as you can. Everyone to their own I suppose.

Classic response so to answer no I don’t hold shares I sold what little I had way back when it looked like China’s full Olympic team walked on to the drill site waving their flags, about the time when the company wasn’t getting paid by its government partner, and when the company was taking its drilling partner to court, etc etc. That’s all done with now though. But your right non of us know what will happen, the only certainty is that it won’t be for the benefit of existing pi’s. Why would it ? If you’re a holder then you should be concerned about dilution as 1% of your holding left is basically nothing and I’ve seen it happen before, diluted that much there’s no chance of getting any worthwhile funds back. Yet if you’re not selling anything to anyone why tell everyone Forums gain will be pi’s gain and Forum will give those pi’s who were daft enough to hold a free resource. If Forum put anything in here it will be for their benefit. I don’t see it as negativity or criticism I see it as realism.

You said Forum own 25% of the company and their shares are the same as any pi’s. So why would Forum then fold in an asset so that 75% of existing shareholders get it for nothing? Simple answer they won’t, a deal could be done which will dilute existing shareholders including themselves but they’ll then take a bigger cut of the company as remuneration for said asset that they might fold in to this shell. They’ll also need funds for that asset from the start which will be more dilution. So what are you actually trying to sell to investors with your ramblings, what are investors buying into here at present?

So what you’re saying Tiburn is that Forum will find a resource and put it into the aaog shell for nothing leaving all current holders with the same percentage as they have now !

Cash and cash equivalents are at 436k Dam not over 700k, that figure includes trade receivables. So the 436k will include the ‘other investments’ at 108k. So basically no they don’t have over 700k cash.

Personally though Tiburn I think the nutcases are the ones who’ve held on for this long. The company is on life support and RF will keep thinning the blood. Any resource placed into this shell needs a lot of further funding to go with it and whoever does that will not care one bit for the legacy shareholders interests. Just my take without any dressing.
