Don't blame them really it's easier to live in a bubble sometimes.

And to be fair most of them have great insight and passion for in game advertising but maybe lacking in a good dose of reality even when it slaps them in the face, multiple times in the case of bids to date!

Agree they need to move JD from CEO to some other board position and bring in new blood to steer the ship and get things moving. Being generous he's made some absolute clangers! Trouble is once the special resolution is passed this month and then the subsequent post dilution raise will mean ordinary PIs, even if they could currently act in some concert, will have zero chance of making this happen. It's a shame the board is digging in as the ordinary PIs have supported them from the start, and continue to support their substantial salaries (including options and share dumps) with seemingly very little transparency to what is progressing here.
