It appears that some posters here are either not fully understanding the RNS or simply not reading it. All DN has done is provide sufficient funding for GDR to continue operating as normal. Without funding, there is no GDR.

David will have thought this through carefully and taken professional advice—far more so than some of the uninformed comments being made on this board.

Assuming the current loan carries us through to April, and we then receive the go-ahead from the NHS along with a solid contract, the share price could move significantly higher. In that scenario, nothing would prevent the BOD or David from returning to LTHs to raise further capital—potentially at a favourable discount.

The derampers are certainly active today. But none of us know David’s full long-term plans, so why not acknowledge the positive steps being taken instead of focusing on negativity? Future fund-raising is almost inevitable, but the key question is: what will the share price be at that time?

As I’ve said before, David asked for our support and we gave it. Now let him get on with dealing with the matters at hand.

Jimi, Nissa, Bigh, Boot — I would like to reassure you that, based on David’s conduct to date, there is no cause for concern. His communication during the period of potential significant dilution demonstrated clarity and accountability. It is also evident that David and the Board have become more aligned than the earlier RNS implied. The Board now appears to recognise that David’s position is consistent with the broader stakeholder base, in contrast to the previous direction that seemed detrimental to shareholders.

At this stage, we should acknowledge the positive impact David has already had on the share price. Although we still lack full visibility into the long-term plans of both David and the Board, I am confident their objectives are now more closely aligned with shareholder interests.

I maintain my view that a share price in the range of 10–20p within the next 12 months is achievable—potentially sooner, depending on the speed with which David addresses legacy issues and the progress of the FDA application. While uncertainties remain, they are to be expected at this stage.

Tranche 1 = a short-term financing buffer

Tranche 2 = not available until late Feb 2026

Well I think the reason the loan has been split in 2 Tranche is first 500K is interest free and 2nd one will cost 50K. Pls feel free to correct me, if otherwise. Also 2nd is a buffer, which can be used.....there is no doubt BOD will use it. What I am really looking forward to is, if David have managed to reduce the cash burn, which will boost the SP in the right direction. Still standby 10 to 20P within 12 months.

Mr. Slacker, please ensure you read and understand the RNS before posting. It’s also important to look beyond the surface and read between the lines.

I would like to share a few points and provide some clarity on my thoughts (all expressed with humility and as my personal opinion):

On behalf of DN, I would like to thank all the LTHs who supported him—and me—when we asked for your backing to reject the 4-billion share issue, which would have been extremely damaging for all of us.

Thank you, David, for stepping in and supporting the company. Your actions demonstrate that you are not only thinking of yourself but also of all investors, whether they supported us previously or not.

We now have sufficient funds to continue operating well into next year.

There is no reason to fear David’s decision to provide the loan. For anyone questioning his commitment, it is worth noting that he could have taken the company private had he wished to do so.

Anyone choosing to sell now may lose out significantly, as all forward sells will eventually need to be bought back and allocated to their rightful owners.

As I have said before, I firmly believe the share price could be between 10p and 20p within the next 12 months.

David has already committed £1 million to support the company’s finances, and if GDR requires further funding, I am confident he would step in again. He has already invested heavily and appears fully committed for the long term. I believe he would like all of us to be part of that journey.

Boot No rats or scams, you should be smelling roses, as and when BOD and DN get their finger out. We all supported DN and I am sure, he won't makes us march up the hill and down. We all just have to wait and see what comes out.

Dear Gloria, you are absolutely correct — there will always be both rampers and derampers on every bulletin board. However, I can assure you that I am neither. My personal view is that this could reach 10–20p within the next 12 months, which could be life-changing for some long-suffering holders. If you believe I’m ramping, feel free to refer back to this message within that timeframe.

Nissa, and anyone else who may be feeling impatient — I’m currently invested in WG, which was suspended for several months. My average is 18.60p, and we now have a bid at 30p. I had considered selling out of WG, and I’m glad I didn’t, as the shares are currently trading around 26p. I’m still holding for the full 30p and am also hoping a counter-bid may emerge.

These negotiations often take longer than we would like, but patience is essential when dealing with AIM-listed shares.

GM Slacker, When this ultimately succeeds, can we expect you to apologise to the genuine investors?

JamesOxford, may I ask on behalf of myself and the many other readers of this board that we move on from this topic for now. At this point, it’s effectively 1–0 in your favour, and we should wait to see whether ICE’s plan B — namely, another potential bidder — emerges.
