I am not sure as to why posters here think DN is looking for something, which it obious he's not. DN's position have been made clear through the RNS, 500K free of charge and not sure at what cost the other 500K is made avail. With the largest holder, if DN wants seat on the BOD, I am sure he can have/demand it. The big question is has DN signed the NDA or not. I am sure if DN is on the BOD, he will be looking much closer to find out, if there is something in the closet, that us (shareholders) are not aware. I would patiently wait for the RNS to come out, before slagging anyone off, including DN. We didn't hear any other major shareholder coming out and offering 500K free of charge. I for one would be very courous, when BOD say we are talking to other shareholders. Who is other major shareholder Rob English??? If so how come he has posted anything else, DN has put his money, where his mouth is. In my opinion there are no one else is offering anything at all. By the way I hope our holder Roger is ok, as he hasn't posted for while.

Junior, if you’ve ever applied for a small bank loan with a poor credit history, you’ll know how long the process can take. The same applies to DN’s loan—there would naturally have been numerous hurdles to overcome. This is also not a small sum we’re discussing, especially considering he is providing £500K at no charge. Additionally, DN would understandably want to ensure there is a clear path for recovering his money.

Syst that is just your opinion and I have mine and I m not deluded, at all. Wait and see, come back to me in 12 to 18 Months.

Hi Nissa, I believe the primary sticking point in the DN deal was the requested 20% savings, which I also raised during the October GM. I also feel that the loan arrangement is progressing well, as the Board of Directors has limited alternatives. All of this is, of course, just my humble opinion, and we’ll see how the market responds. I still believe 10 to 20p within next 12 to 18 months.

Gloria, the reason may be that they are concerned about whether GDR will be able to honor the contract due to potential funding limitations. Hopefully, this will be resolved once DN makes the necessary funds available

Tkevin, your post suggests you are aligned with Gino and Russ, and none of us can know whether DN will make further funds available. Some people simply do not recognise or appreciate the positive steps DN has already taken.

BigH Thanks and like you read the rns fully, may b other poster have different agenda!!. I am not afraid of DN buying as many as he likes and fund the company. His money and he can do what he wants to.
