It is far too early for any recriminations. The priority now is to assess the situation thoroughly and understand what has been happening. Just like you can’t fix a car engine without first looking under the bonnet, we need to take a close look under the hood of the business.

Gino, as the original creator of the products, is likely to have the deepest knowledge and insights. His involvement will be key.

Ladies and Gents,

All I’ll say for now is that today marks the first real step where all stakeholders have an opportunity to influence how the company is run and how it functions going forward.

The wheels are starting to turn — slowly, but surely. I won’t make promises or claims that can’t be delivered. Funding is, of course, front of mind for all involved, but no final decision has been made yet on which option to pursue.

I don’t want to be accused of sounding like the current Board — saying one thing and delivering nothing. What I can say is this: funding will become a reality.

I won’t make things up just to keep everyone happy. So please, give it a week or so — clarity will come. For now, the company is funded through to the end of the year.

Slacker — just a straightforward question: are you currently invested in GDR?

I ask because the constant negativity isn’t helping. Many of us are here because we see potential, and while challenges exist, relentless doom and gloom risks discouraging genuine shareholders who are trying to stay focused and informed.

Gloria, I don’t flip-flop — but if you recall, at the time we were only talking about 400 million shares, not 2.4 billion including warrants.

That raise was intended to tide us over until we heard back from the NHS. Now, at least, we have some breathing space until the end of the year.

BH, at present there may be a few options on the table — ones I can’t go into in detail right now. However, all will become clear soon.

These aren’t vague possibilities — they carry real value, and I believe all stakeholders will welcome them when the time is right.

I hope, for now, you can appreciate that as a fair and considered response.

Gloria - What “jollies” am I referring to, Mr. Amers? I’m talking about the events the Board attends supposedly to promote our machines.

So far, I’ve seen no clear rewards or tangible outcomes from these activities. And by the end of these events, let’s be honest — some jollies do seem to take place.

Jimi, I didn’t want to speculate on what DN’s intentions might be. For now, I think it’s best we judge based on actions, not assumptions.

Slacker, let’s deal in real time and focus on the issues that truly need fine-tuning:

Cash burn

The Board doing whatever they want

Lack of accountability

Transparency

Possibly bringing in new blood at Board level

No more “jollies” at shareholders' expense

That would be a good starting point to get the wheels turning in the right direction.

On a lighter note — my teeth keep coming in, the tooth fairy’s been real good to me lately... and I’ve got a magic tree growing at the end of my garden. 😄

Eureka01 — let me assure you and other trusted stakeholders that funding discussions will take place sooner or later, and will arrive in good time.

Perhaps — just perhaps — the Board now recognises that their associates can’t have the whole cake, as was the case with the massive dilution. That approach is no longer acceptable.

Take a breather and let the wheels turn a little — clarity is coming, and things will soon become much clearer.

Jimi, I’m sure DN is fully aware that shareholders have spoken — and now it's time for the Board of Directors to listen.

As DN mentioned in his message last week, he is currently out of the country. However, his representative has the responsibility to fully brief him and should already be aware of the current situation.

Let’s wait and see how he proposes to move things forward. The next steps will speak volumes.

In my view, once both parties start moving forward, the share price is poised to take off — it's only a matter of time. We just need to hold our nerve a little longer.

Funding will happen — one way or another — but it must not be on the Board of Directors’ terms. As shareholders, we’ve made it clear: the status quo is no longer acceptable and will not be tolerated.

We've borne the brunt of the downside, but let’s not forget — we hold something the market genuinely needs, including the NHS and beyond. The demand is there, the fundamentals are solid, and now it’s about ensuring the right decisions are made moving forward.

Jimi, the meeting began at 9:00 a.m. and lasted barely 10 minutes. According to my travel log, I was back in my car by 9:20 a.m., having spent about five minutes speaking with DN’s representative afterward.

@cjinvest – The Chair went through the four resolutions, formally declared the meeting closed, and we were then led out of the building. There was no further discussion whatsoever.
