Got in touch with my broker too this week and cast my vote against both resolutions. There is absolutely no reason why anyone would vote for the boards proposals here, except the board themselves of course. Judging by the boards comments leading up to, and since the suspension, they seem to have been determined to wrap this company up for some time, I think that's where the confusion came from when this was still trading. The board do not appear to have acted in the shareholders best interests at all IMO. They state in the RNS that voluntary liquidation means shareholders will get nothing, but go on to say they feel that is what's best for everyone. Absolutely disgraceful IMO, and they appear to be covering their own backs, and sod everyone else.

..........."The Board unanimously considers that the Proposals are in the best interests of Shareholders as a whole." Isn't that just rubbing in, bunch of twadz. They even put it in bold lettering. Hopefully, the result of the vote will be a resounding NO.

Everything is imminent if you wait long enough.

That's my feeling mate. Unless there is some kind of incentive, I for one intend to vote against a voluntary liquidation in this instance.

.........another forum that the board was waiting for regulatory approval before they announce the EGM and send out the circular to everyone. I'm not exactly sure what the change of address was in aid of, but I don't suppose it's to our benefit. As much as everyone can write off their investment here, I think it would be wise for us to discuss how we should vote when the resolutions are put to shareholders. Regardless of how little is left in this for any of us now, simply voting, or not voting, to make the lives of the board easier in the wake of this train wreck is not in any of our best interests.

Strange it hasn't been delisted yet TBH. Be nice if there was still something to be salvaged, but I won't be holding my breath.

.................The same as they were in the beginning. The RNS which drove this SP down in the first place didn't bode well at all for success here. This was a gamble pure and simple, and we all threw a few peanuts in the pot just in case something good happened. That being said, the last RNS released here stating "no value" is exactly the same as the first one. As far as I can see, the company is in exactly the same position it was in when everyone was taking a gamble here, except now it's suspended. What I'm saying is, there is exactly the same chance of success here, infinitely minute as it is, as there was last Monday. The game is over when we get the RNS stating, no further extension, default, carve up, and delist, until then the gamble on the rank outsider is still in play.

LOL, I pretty insert "AIM" in sentences without thinking these days. Need to spend a little more time away from the mire methinks, LOL.

.........I will offer investors here, who have perhaps gone in heavier than they should have, is the fact that this companies AIM listing alone is worth pretty much what the SP stood at upon suspension I believe. So long as this company goes on as a shell and doesn't delist people wouldn't have lost much from the current levels as the assets were being priced as worthless by the market anyway. Obviously the companies assets can pretty much cover the debt, but with no value left for shareholders, but that doesn't mean the AIM listing isn't worth something, and if they can cover the best part of the debt, I can see no reason for the company to delist. I'm largely a pessimist, but I think there is still some hope for people here. G/L All.

I was told the "No value bit" referred to assets that needed to be sold and not the company itself. I'm not sure if people were reading between the lines last time, or whether they're reading between the lines now ? I find this whole thing very confusing, which is why I only threw peanuts at this, but my assessment is the same as the first time I looked at the company with it's "No Value" statement, and my opinion is, this looks shot IMO, but I seriously hope I'm wrong for all of us taking a gamble on this.

No idea, but more than likely something for their own benefit and nobody else's IMO. I fail to see what can be done over the weekend TBH.

........deal day in the real estate business. Perhaps they just needed another day for a few asset sales to go through and trigger the step down. Here's hoping either way up.

................I can't quite fathom the 1 day standstill. It's difficult not to read it as a positive. I seriously hope this isn't some clever ploy to help their chums out, as we see so often before the final curtain falls. Fingers crossed for everyone here.

.................what is everyone averaging here currently ? After being informed by Okenia of the situation here, and some further research over the last few days I threw some punt money in the pot. I'm still not massively confident though TBH, but it's worth a shot I think. Bought 2 small chunks here a day or two ago, one at .38p, and one at .30p, with an average at a shade over .35p, I can see potential here if all comes good, but I'm not holding my breath. I currently have 250k shares here, and that's about as much as I'm willing to chance here. I'm just interested how everyone else is playing this one.
