I put it to you again. Think about this logically. Why have the board REFUSED to show the companies accounts, why do they refuse to discuss the accounts, and why are they so desperate for a new board not to get their hands on them.

How much do you want to bet that the final shareholder/stooge/care in the community case is a woman. I wonder whether it will be Oli, Nil Desperandum or Drummond who'll be putting on the lipstick to write the next essay. Pretty sad really isn't it. Surely, the most obvious question should have been WHERE ARE THE ACCOUNTS, AND WHERE IS OUR MONEY NOW. Unlike harpman, what with me not being an IT specialist, not having a corporate background, and having absolutely nothing in common with this set of gobszhites, I've no sympathy with them whatsoever, so maybe it's just a personal thing, so shame on me and everyone else here that's been ripped off. What I find incredibly intriguing with both posts from the "other shareholders" that attended the meeting, is how they've both virtually no posting history prior to these posts, and have both appeared on here at almost the same time, and have both posted seemingly "level headed essays" in favour of the BOD. That's my feeling also. I didn't for one minute think many people would turn up to their shzitty meeting. All of a sudden Jolly Oli's back on his Twitter soapbox, and he's feeling happy that everyone at the meeting agreed with him, what a total cock. We can now confirm that only 4 people turned up, and at least one of them didn't agree with a single word him and Nilesh Desperandum said. Now we have "shareholders" popping up on here who agree with dear old Oli and Nilesh Desperandum, writing "detailed" accounts of a meeting which apparently explained everything and explained nothing, which has completely restored their faith in this mob of dik stains. Just to recap, 3 people turned up to the meeting excluding stupot, and now "everyone" is feeling a lot more positive according to the likes of Oli and co, which says a lot about what the board are trying to pull here, pity it ain't working, lol. MESSAGE TO OLI AND DRUMMER BOY, TRY A BIT HARDER NEXT TIME FELLAS'.

I imagine the accounts are being "revised" as we speak, innit' great what these khunts can get away with. They will drag this out to the bitter end to try and hide the evidence of their shameless unrestrained greed. Unbelievable how greedy people with that sort of money are. A Multimillionaire/Billionaire going to all this trouble to screw a few hundred people living on the bones of their arse out of a couple of hundred grand. The man's a total dikk splash.

Last I heard the Action Group had enough shares to requisition a meeting. No doubt the Board are mulling over the request, and consulting with their legal team as to how they can wriggle out of this one. They will at some point in the near future have to announce an EGM as far as I can see. We should see an announcement either tomorrow, or next week I imagine. If there's anyone in the Action they may be able to advise, but I imagine the action group may quite understandably be playing their cards close to their chest for the time being.

...........a RNS this afternoon or tomorrow, as the action group requisition a meeting. I believe they have enough people on board to get it done now. Not long to go before we get to sack Jolly Oli and Drummer Boy, and hopefully get to find out what this pair of steaming heaps have done with our money. If they've really screwed everyone here, roll on the legal proceedings I say.

The surgery is even easier when you don't have a set to begin with. No doubt Oli's been on oestrogen for a while now leading up to this wonderful day, hence his gutless vulnerable demeanour. I would like to be the first here to wish him well with his new life, and I would also like to wish him and John the very best on their honeymoon.

Well latest post on Twitter by the Teathers Action Group suggests they have almost reached the required percentage to call an EGM. It takes time because the group is getting it's members to convert their holding into certificates I believe. The BOD of directors are deadly silent ATM, no doubt trying to worm their way out of this, but the net is closing very quickly now.

..............RTO was BS, just to make investors think they had options. They've quite blatantly had just one plan from the outset, and it's a total stitch-up. I like many others would like to see this company investigated. Absolutely disgraceful. With the threat of shareholder action now a reality, and the threat of legal action potentially, It'll be interesting to see whether they have a change of heart. I suppose it all depends on what their scummy advisors tell them at this point. MESSAGE TO OLI AND DRUMMOND: Told you it was coming lads, but I'm sure you both thought it was idle chit chat from the shareholders you've both treated with total contempt. Now instead of working out how to take shareholders money and how to pizz it up the wall, you'll no doubt be working out how to keep your jobs, and a handle on the cash cow you created for yourselves, not to mention whether or not you're personally liable to have legal proceedings brought against you. I agree B&S. As I've said numerous times on here, people need to organise themselves in the open. A successful action group advertises it's existence. I see no reason for any cloak and dagger stuff, especially as such action could potentially result in the BOD having direct or indirect influence over the group. I very much support the efforts of several members on here, and the efforts of the person who has set up the @TEAshareholders account on Twitter today. Once again I would stress that people pool their resources through a publicly recognised action group. If some shareholders want to act privately elsewhere that is of course their prerogative, but it doesn't serve the benefits of the shareholder base at large.
