I think most people on here tend not to get excited when Oli says anything anymore. If Oli says something is an attractive proposition you can almost guarantee the terms on which any agreement is made, will likely be enough to bring bile into the gullet of most investors. As it stands, TEA is over a barrel, and the likely terms on which a RTO would be agreed wouldn't be "blow the doors off" spectacular, although, I've been wrong before, and could well be again. Even a broken clock is right twice a day, and this shower are long overdue to get something right, so let's just hope there's enough time left on the clock.

IMO, it doesn't read like there's much going to happen. It reads more like a fcukcing lament to me.

IMO Major, as I stated earlier last year. The reason we don't get any straight answers when we need them from this mob, is because, IMO they don't know what they're doing properly themselves, and they haven't since day one. They've just been winging this as they've gone along. Regardless of how "ground breaking" the tech, and how "unchartered" this area of the market is, there has been far too many issues that this company has run into, not because this area of the market is a total unknown as many would claim, but through lack of foresight and good forward planning. So my opinion stands, these characters appear to be just winging this as they go along, and seem to expect the hurdles to jump the horse. I invested here almost 12 months ago because I liked the concept. I quickly grew tired of the management, but I wanted to stay invested in the concept. As it stands, I'm rapidly growing tired of everything here TBH. The one positive in all of this though, is the fact that fellow investors can't throw the classic "If you don't like it, then sell up" line at me in the current situation.

TBH, I don't really have any faith in anything he says. When he posted that tweet, I said we likely wouldn't get any further news. Having been here nearly 12 months now, It's pretty much a given (for me at least), that whenever he opens his mouth, you don't bother fukcn listening.

.......last time around, the votes against probably far exceeded the votes for, and IMO, they have likely spent the last month securing enough votes for the resolution. I said they'd probably do that last month, but I was expecting them to do it in the open by appealing to all shareholders, but it now seems they have gone behind 90% of the shareholders backs. Just complete shzithouses they are. I'm not fuming about the money, as much as I am about what these characters have done pretty much in plain sight. I would just love to see them behind bars, but of course, in this western, Jack Palance always ******* wins.

..............I said the exact same thing when the news dropped that the EGM had been cancelled at the 11th hour last time. They knew they wouldn't get what they wanted last time around, so they delayed proceedings, and have spent the last month working out a way around it. Makes my blood boil.

Agreed, It is, absolutely disgusting mate. It also shows the sort of contempt these azzholes have for shareholders. Let's just hope their reluctance to broadcast the result, means the vote didn't go in their favour. They are probably giving their legal minions time to work out how a way to wriggle out of this one before they announce anything for sure, looks like it's plan B time for the gits. Absolutely disgraceful display, by a disgraceful mob of characters. Monopoly capitalism at it's worst. No doubt Chandos et al will be doing their philanthropic bit for whatever "charities" they're involved with soon enough, just to help round off their image as socially responsible members of the "philanthropic elitist class", same old, same old. .......Just reading through his profile on the IERE Website and here it is: "Aged 59, Tom is Chairman of Real Estate Credit Investment Limited and sits on the Board of a number of private companies. He has a background in investment banking and venture capital. Tom is Chairman of the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation and a member of its Investment Committee. He is a Labour member of the House of Lords." Just checked the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation website, and it says on the home page: "The Esmée Fairbairn Foundation aims to improve the quality of life throughout the UK.", lol, good luck with that, especially with Tom helping steer the ship, because it doesn't really get any easier that running a real estate company when property prices are through the roof. The fact this company has even ended up in this situation should be cause enough for a thorough investigation here. The attitude the BOD have taken towards this situation is also screaming red flag IMO.

The one paragraph that interests me states as follows: "The Company’s Shares were suspended from Trading on the London Stock Exchange on 11 September 2015 following the announcement by the Company that it was not expected that any distribution would be made to Shareholders. As a result you are not able to sell your Shares. The Shares will remain on your account until the Liquidation of the Company has concluded and the Company has been dissolved. Please note it is now expected that the listing of Invista European Real Estate Trust Shares on the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled on 30 December 2015." They're expecting the listing to be cancelled on 30th December...............hmmmmmm, that's news to me ?

.........have found any excuse they could to delay the proceedings here, likely due to the fact that they found out their proposals would have been defeated had the EGM gone ahead, while they come up with a new plan of attack with their legal minions. Wouldn't be surprised to see a new RNS between now and the next EGM date, trying to push shareholders to vote in favour of their proposals. You never know, they may get so desperate we see an RNS saying "Oh, ah, ummm, our calculations were a bit out, there may be a little value in this for shareholders after all, but you must vote in our favour" Whatever krap these characters come up with, it would be wise to remember that the best vote here will be a vote against everything this shower proposes, whatever their indirect threats or offers are.

IMO we will probably hear the results late next Friday, or the following Monday.

...........How many shares are people holding here, and have you voted Yes/No to both resolutions ? Obviously there's no need to answer the question, but it would be interesting to see what percentage of the company is owned by members of this BB, and whether or not their holding will contribute to the For/Against vote. For me, I voted AGAINST both resolution with my holding of 250000 shares.
