I'm pretty sure the first step will be to make sure the permits are confirmed before this un-suspends. Any funding will likely come at a later date I would imagine.

................I bought a cheeky 50k here this morning at 1.25p with some punt money.

I'm not exactly sure how the company has managed to box itself into this corner, but I'm gambling on the BOD not being as useless a they seem and I'm gambling on a fundraising not happening at a price seriously below the current one. If indeed there is a placing on the cards.

Seeing people ramping the azz and dumping it at the first available opportunity is getting to be tiresome for me here.

......OEX's prospects and finances around completely.

If OEX gets 100%, it will be able to put itself in a very secure position financially by bringing in a partner at a premium given what's been proven up since it took it's own share in the field. Not only that, but OEX will likely have a much larger interest in the field than it does currently.

Times ticking and if GSPC can't cough up the dough in the next few hours we've all got plenty to look forward to here. OEX could well be among the best recovery stocks since the inception of the AIM.

They are 5h 30m ahead there. So when it's 1.00pm here it will be 6.30pm there. I don't know the exact closing time of the high court, but I don't imagine it will be open after 1.00pm our time.

It means what liquid said. GSPC has until the court closes today to deposit the money they owe or OEX gets 100% of Cambay.

They want to clarify how much money they need to stump up, as if they don't already fking know.

Smacks of desperation on GSPC's part which has to be good news for OEX.

The only thing the mm's are interested in is volatility. That's where the money is for them. If this drops suddenly then the volume will increase as some people buy into the fall. Then it's a case of rinse and repeat for them.

The one thing the mm's are capitalising on here today is the interview with Swick IMO. Swick didn't really say anything different to what he said the last time he was on the show, which doesn't suggest any news is on the cards for a while yet. The mm's know this and decided to mug the smaller investors who don't know this stock well this morning and give the opportunity for a sell off from longer term investors disappointed by the interview IMO. The mm's took this as an opportunity to break that all important support.

What we need now is news, so I hope Swick was just playing his cards close to his chest.

Little by little they've managed to break down the 3.4p support. The mm's are trying their hardest to get this under 3p. So frustrating.

It's ridiculous to me what they're allowed to get away with. The mm's have tried their best to manufacture a down trend here through daily attrition. At the moment they appear to be winning.

If the mm's are allowed to manipulate a stock so blatantly and aggressively then there really is no hope for the LSE.

Don't think I've seen a stock played so much by the mm's and it's not even the AIM.

There were a few chunky sells last week but there have also been far more very chunky buys. They are obviously trying all ways to get more stock here.

........break the support by manipulating the advertised spread down.

The last trade showing up was buy at 3.55p.

The mm's are behaving like complete scum buckets here.

The mm's are playing games. I'm getting a quote for 3.53p to sell. They're just lowing the advertised bid to try and encourage a sell off.
