Only just noticed it myself. Released quite lately so maybe nobody has seen it.

It's pretty much reiterating what we already know mainly but it will probably cause a drop tomorrow. I was expecting an RNS after the strange trading this afternoon.

Hosking have gone quiet at the moment so this will create a further sense of impending doom as we crawl closer to the 22nd.

Hosking and Tinkler have gone very quiet this last week. Let's hope they have some sort of plan.

Exactly. If a board is allowed to strip a company of all it's assets, pick the pockets of shareholders and give it all to there friends, then what's to say it won't happen with every other listed company.

Funny how we get people with little or no posting history popping up telling us not to keep pushing now that a few newspapers are starting to take a different perspective on all this.

I would advise all shareholders to keep this board alive and post the damning sequence of events to as many journalists as possible. Keep social media buzzing and get the conversation going. There's still time to pile on pressure to make people get up and take notice.

Some people are obviously taking notice.

The consortium seem to be getting pretty desperate. I am convinced that this is not going to be clear sailing for them.

People are gambling on Hosking and/or Tinkler stopping the deal. The deal is definitely not done until the 22nd February. If they can get an injunction then the stock could well be trading back around the 9p level at least IMO. There is still a great deal yet to play out and I imagine the majority of people trading this know that, including the huge risks.

The reason the stock fell to 9p prior to the bid situation is because the base intrinsic value of the stock was a shade under 9p.

The stock would never have drifted to 0.5p, so that's a completely ridiculous assumption to make for an argument justifying the boards actions here.

Is it not apparent to you how disgracefully the BOD have behaved here. This goes beyond people making or losing money. It has to do with a potential conspiracy between obvious vested interests. A member of the consortium bidding for Flybe controls the credit company which put Flybe in this "dire" situation. The BOD have close personal relationships with the very same people who are bidding for Flybe. Members of the board said everything was looking good when this offer was already being considered.

Regardless of your pleasure in rubbing salt into the wound of shareholders and siding with the City of London scumbags, does none of that at least make you aware of what people here are angry about. Do you not consider, and can you not see for one moment that one of the most unethical conspiracies against shareholders in recent times may have taken place here.

I very much agree. This deal stinks to high heaven.

I see a lot of people trying to argue against shareholder's here. Stating the obvious about how the companies lack of profitability, inevitable deterioration, how nothing can be done and how scumbag Branson has done everyone a favour by offering them a penny etc.

Shareholders need to stick together at a time like this. We all know Flybe's situation was going down the pan, and most shareholders aren't arguing otherwise. The real question is whether or now Laffin boy and his cronies conspired to put Flybe in the position it is in now so that his best friend Branson and company could rip every single person here off. There is mounting evidence that was indeed what happened and we should all be seeking justice for our fellow investors in cases like this.

Whatever happens, this has gone beyond people trying to trade and make money here. There are serious questions about the morals and intentions of this companies board which must not go unscrutinised. Forget making money here, this is a matter of potential fraud and principals now. I wish everyone here the best of luck in their quest for justice. Play nice and let's all stick together.

.........They've been on their PR drive no doubt expecting an injunction may be on the cards soon trying to sell everyone the idea that this option was the only one and that they're dearly concerned about people's jobs. Even their chums at the Daily Mail and Telegraph are busy trying to make Tinkler and Hosking look like dubious characters using their usual smear tactics. Branson's best mate Laffin boy, Mr Northern Rock himself is the most dubious and suspect PoS here.

The fuhkers are getting nervous now. You can just tell.

........interview by the present board will be like. The first question will no doubt be along the lines of, "Mr Kohn, do you have an aversion to brown envelopes". His answer to that question alone will dictate their recommending him to the board or not, lol.

IMO the board have blatantly conspired against the best interests of shareholders here. I feel convinced there is a big surprise to come yet. The current board may not get it all their own way.

We're just waiting patiently. Turnaround coming soon. I can feel it on the cards. Bouncing along the bottom here and this will go mental on a sniff of something positive now.

One thing is for sure, the NOMAD must know something we don't because if this company was in as desperate a situation as some people feel, the NOMAD wouldn't have taken AEG on and we'd have become part of the cull.

........Got excited when I got the alert this morning only to find out it was a confirmation of the last deal.

Once we get that RNS I would imagine a very nice bounce is on the cards. We're long overdue a decent day or two here.
