.........at around 3.6p today after putting a little punt money in yesterday at the same price. Surprised I managed to get out without taking a hit this morning. That RNS really stinks, but it appears some are still buying or closing short positions perhaps. The BOD are an absolute disgrace. I hope people get some justice here.

Exactly, the market is a liability here now.

Branson's mob will be buying around the 1p-4p level too IMO so they can push this grubby deal through unopposed in a vote. They will no doubt have plenty of spare cash to play with once they have closed their shorts.

.......suspended in a few hours once they have allowed the insider shorts to close and buy back so they can push this daylight robbery deal through unopposed.

All business carries risks, but this one was being de-risked with each new contract. Things were coming along nicely here with some top clients on-board.

What business model is better than the current one. What can they get with a million quid that is better than what they already have.

As far as this better idea they have moving forward. I seriously doubt that claim otherwise they would have told us what they had in mind in today's RNS.

To me the RNS reads like: "Another company wants your assets and business. We see a better career for ourselves over there with your assets too. Please let us run off with them to a better employer. You will have a cool million to invest in fck knows what at the end of it."

Just calling it how I see it. Things like this make me extremely angry. You have the opportunity to vote this down, so I don't see why you wouldn't listen to me, unless of course you believe that this move is indeed purely for the benefit of shareholders. Read the RNS again and think about it is the only advice I can offer you I'm afraid.

You can probably deduct half a million quid for disposal costs and fees.

Immediately after the sale the company will have just 1 million quid to play with. I doubt they can buy anything better than they already have for that price.

The other £500k or so is a long way down the line. That's how I read it.

After all the dilution the board inflicted on everyone here. They start to get things back on track then offload everything to planbox and run away with shareholders assets under their arm.

If this goes through, the company will have no clear way forward and just £1 million to invest in "something". That's how the RNS reads. Apparently, that's in shareholders best interests. Once again, this absolutely stinks.

I would seriously consider voting this down.

The board may indeed have had faith in the product though. So it seems to me that Angus Forrest and his crew are essentially poaching the entire product and assets away from shareholders and taking it to another company where they will be paid very handsomely. Meanwhile shareholders will be left with no business model, no board and facing a potential de-listing somewhere down the line.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that RNS reads like Angus and the mob are part of the deal with planbox. This stinks IMO.

Seems a pretty poor and strange piece of news. Nothing worth buying back in for now for me. The board must not have had much faith in the future of this company after all. Such a shame.

........Last time people were buying at this level the company chose to raise funds. Last time though. the bid never budged so it doesn't look like the mm's are expecting a raise at this moment.

I was locked in after the last fundraise so was understandably nervous this morning and chose to take a 30% profit at 2.3p.

Everything seems to be going in the right direction but I get the feeling that securing the companies future properly is still the main priority here. We've seen money being raised so regularly it's a bit of a guessing game as to when the last placing will be.

I quite like this stock, but intend to wait on the sidelines for a little while I think.

.........Just jumped ship at around 2.3p. I will keep a close eye on this though. After getting locked in at 2p when the raised funds the day after I bought in just made me a little nervous here. It's interesting but I'm still not convinced the company won't raise more on each rise.

There is a very good support around the 1.5p mark. Prior to the equity issue the support was around 1.75p, so 1.5p is pretty much the bottom here now.

Virtually the same average as me then scully. Good luck. Let's hope for good days ahead.

Things are definitely turning around here.

It looks like the brokers are charging different people whatever they like.

I haven't been able to get a quote from H&L to sell most of the day since 9am and yet numerous sells have gone through.

Yesterday when this was shown to be up 50% I kept getting a quote to sell for 1.75p and it never moved, though some people sold over 2p.

Today is the same. It doesn't matter how big or small the amount you want to buy or sell as different brokers seem to be quoting VERY different prices.

.......at 1.63p. Looking very good. This stock is in extremely sticky hands up to 1.5p here which is very good to see.

............this is turning into something interesting now. They continued to slag it off even after Angus took over and started turning it around, but now even they can't deny something potentially very good is happening here. Looks like we are all ahead of the curve hopefully.
