Thinking out loud.12 Feb 2019 09:40
As a result of all the recent information gleaned from the more knowledgeable posters on here, together with their feedback and experience from the launch of the Tally app, it is becoming more and more apparent that Lionsgold/Tally is going to be absolutely massive, and then,in the not too distant future, a mega takeover.
CP has intimated in the past, that his ideas were ever evolving and the future potential and options were continually changing. Shareholders on here have contacted CP with what they believe could be added to the “package”, and quoted potential numbers of possible transactions and the potential thereafter.
We know that in the very near future we will have an IPO, and MJ has indicated that the price may well be at a premium to the current price, and more importantly, oversubscribed. Hopefully, the BOD will be seriously promoting and selling the product to ensure a price substantially higher than what MJ quoted, and backing it up by all of them buying as many shares as allowed. This would be to the benefit of everyone involved. An IPO price of just 10p would immediately result in a massive return on paper on CP,s original investment..what was it..£170000 ?? as well as MJ,s recent investments. All “locked in” shareholders and “traders”, the vast majority somewhat unhappy about that, together with their ISA “problems”, would then be more than happy. No doubt many would sell straight away, but with the future looking so promising, many might just cash in their original investment, and let the rest ride for even greater rewards in the near future. Also, an additional upside would be, the higher the IPO price, the fewer shares required to reach their targeted total sum.
And finally, one further matter the BOD should be giving serious consideration to, and that is, IMHO, forget about the relisting on AIM, and get it onto the main market where it will surely belong; show the City where you really belong. New life insurance-linked company Alpha Growth showed their future prospects and ideas by launching their IPO and starting life on the main market 18 months or so ago, and cost in the region of £78000 to do so. AIMHO, no advise intended etc etc....hopefully,not long now. GLALTSH.
