Someone is knocking on our door...I can hear it in my Shell like ;)
Come on, Shell - just come on a little day trip from Cambo and knock on our door. And when you're Dun Robin' the Shetlands, I hear it's very nice in the Timor Sea at this time of year ;)
Something is brewing...I can see it in my Earl Grey tea leaves.
Talking of Earl Grey, I think I'll buy Howick Hall, the seat of the Earls Grey since 1319, when BOIL becomes a 200 bagger. I've always wanted a little weekend cottage https://www.flickr.com/photos/mikey471/6214910472/
"This time next year, we'll be billionaires!" said Del, as they walked off into the greater sunrise... ;):)
Slipped down to 8th...closely followed by EOG and UOG
I had 3 of my investments in the top 10 for a moment...must be a good sign ;)
Yes, and further exploratory drilling approved by West Newton councillors - a change in direction that we can expect to see repeated regarding North Sea prospects as the UK looks to be more energy self-sufficient.
I'm listening intently for knocks on the door in the Timor Sea and the North Sea. A couple of big knockers will do me just fine ;)
The key to all of this is that the Bayu-Undan field is on its last legs. Much though the Timorese have talked about the need for diversification, the fact remains that the island is still totally dependent on its gas and condensate revenues.
Everything that has happened in the last few months points towards the Timor-Leste government finally saying 'yes' to the commercial development of Greater Sunrise and Chuditch. Their economy now depends on it.
Time waits for no man...except the man with a large LNG drill bit in his toolbox... ;)
Just a reminder of where we sit with this one: 32% interest, seismic reprocessing report due early 2022, drill and drop decision by July 2023 - so, still some way off unless something changes.

Looking at other Corallian interests, Reabold Resources might be worth a punt (I've bought in already): Reabold has a 49.99% interest in Corallian Energy, which has a 100% interest in the Victory Gas discovery in the West of Shetland.
Missed this one. More infrastructure, jobs, and revenue for Timor Leste - and a CCS facility for gas production going forward. More and more pieces coming together.

Yes, goes to a second round if less than 51% and then the results are published on 2 May
Not yet awhile - just stoking the boiler in the siding and waiting for the signal to change...then it will be full steam ahead :)

Agreed, but many things have changed since then.
Many recent events and published statements have indicated that it's a different ball game now.
Time will tell :)
lol
Apparently based on a true story - and John Sullivan doubted that he should use it because he wasn't convinced that it would be funny.
Classic indeed :)
It's strange that the details of yesterday's meeting have only been published on Facebook in Tetun!
You'd have thought that Australia and Timor Leste establishing an agreement to exploit and monetise the Greater Sunrise field would be significant news - but there has been no reaction to it at all.
