i am glad you see the positive but past experience tells me it's not so good.

my platform has restricted stock borrowing witch mean you cant take a short positions. this is not good as it means that there has been a lot of shares lent out to short this. and there is no more to lend.

got the 4.5p now the selloff

dan1 well if you see more of the reward side keep topping up and i hope it works out well as that would be good for me to as i am long. but history tells me that buying high on this stock don't end to well all the best.

he is a shorter trying to get you to buy high then end up holding the bags on another manipulated aim stock.

DT is in control of markets probably getting he's son to place trades on what he is next about to tweet. the sec asked him to stop tweeting during market open hours what difference does that make it just comes down the next trading day. shorts are in control and sadly i think that will be the case until he has gone.

there are multiple things that are worse case but i guess the bigger the fine the worse the case. but we have to remember that a lot of this is to do with what is in the public interest so it's not in the public interest to give a company a fine that will cripple it and leave lots of people unemployed.

pokerchips i think the reasons for no sentence yet? could be to do with the reasons i posted below.

the end result is that one day we will wake up to find a DPA has been served hopefully with a token gesture fine. or full on jail terms . or no charges. now groover please remember we have the same end goal here it's not about who now's the most we are just a collective. so can you give me some input on my theory thanks in advance.my take is that lupkin pleaded guilty but has not been sentenced? why because if he was he can no longer be part of a DPA as he would of been sentenced as an individual and you can't be given a DPA as a individual. so this is why i think they are holding back on dealing with him. lets not forget if he is a whistle blower (my opinion only) then the sfo will try to help him and they would if he gets sentenced along with pfc as a company.

groover the sfo can take as long as they want there is no time scale. and also the government took the unrepresented step of giving the sfo a special payment to help with this case because it is so wide reaching that said the cost of the investigation is probably the only thing that can make them get a move on. as there financial reports is probably the only thing they have to report in a timely fashion .

well done tony99 you are spot on i wish you all the best with your investing as you clearly do your home work on your company's. but just as a nod of the cap we need to be careful as volumes are low and this may not pan out as we want so for me i wont be going too aggressive .

most of the stocks in the shipping industry trade below nav but i would not go and buy them. it's down to what you think best gauges the potential value in the future of what your investing in. on the other hand pfc's return on capital (roc) is 25.2 which is good and the intrinsic value is 747p.

well done for divesting. i done it a bit different i hedged but bought hedge back at 460p and for what it's worth i am seeing 442p as support. i have already starting buying below 450p and will buy in stages cost more in trading fees but i see this as negligible if you are buying 2% lower each time.

bonum whats your game here this is not a dig but last week is was doom and gloom for pfc now you have a residual holding so are you saying the grass is greener for pfc' and then in the next breath you post that institutions are divesting it just seems strange' if i was a newbie investor and read your posts i would probably run a mile but if your residual position is a long? then surely it's not in you interest to give of this vibe you can tell me to jog on but as i said it just seems strange.

yes i hedged at 485 and closed at 460 so only got longs open could of been greedy but that's not really the reasons for that move.it's just to mitigate some downside but you are correct would not fancy leaving a short in from here.
