keep an eye on your short tracker wg has got 3 days to cover short positions meaning this could rally for 3 days you wont notice shorts reducing as it will take 24 hours to register. maybe a bit longer and if they panic and sell hard it will push price higher quicker. as you say lets hope this pans out in our favor then you can thank the shorter's for giving us the chance to get wg cheap?

the good news is no mention of a dividend cut this is what shorter's are pinning there hopes on remember the down grades stated dividend under pressure no sign of that so far may see them reduce over next couple of days. a lot depends on if they can still manipulate the sp from this update which looks ok to me. but the ifrs 16 setup baffles me slightly but seems to have little impact to earnings.

jaffjoon don't waist your time the government took the unusual step of giving the sfo extra funding just for this case. they will not feel any pressure the only time they feel pressure is when the top brass question the spending on a case but it was them that handed them extra funding for this case so you won't get no joy. on a plus note shorts are at 4.95% this shows they are showing caution ahead of trading statement tomorrow.
