usually a dpa is saved for those that just hold there hands for an easy life. pfc have fought this all the way so a dpa might not be on the table.and i think they just leave these cases open as long as possible (1) in the hope that the collapse in share price breaks the company's moral (2) if you read the bottom of most of there cases is says if you have information about this case please come forward so a constant fishing trip (3) taxpayers money and the government took the unusual step of giving sfo more money for this case so take as long as you like free money.
leerex i was thinking this last night we do our road work at such bad times summer hols and alike causes loads of congestion takes so long and always runs over. so just franchise it out to the Chinese and employ them at the sfo they get things done quick.
oil may well be at $20 a barrel in say 2025 due to ev insurgence. but the problem we have in the now is opec is fighting a loosing battle as the USA are swing producers. meaning oil goes down they cut rigs oil goes up they add rigs. it is noted that trump does not like opec so he will encourage any move to to lesson the impact of opec's controlling arm in the oil price. that being said it has also been noted that the oil production rate in some of the the biggest fracking basins in the US have much higher rates of decline in production than stated. pfc needs some some contracts or sfo news to stop the sp decline but even then if the sp was to rise i just ant see it holding until the hole of the oil market sentiment changes.
yes i think most of the drop is to do with corona-virus my NASDAQ and Chinese adr's are taking a hammering .as we well know when oil comes down we take a hit to but the funny thing is wg is still holding up ok but they reported debt reduction and the market liked it. never thought we would see the sp this low. imagine if they did not reduce dividend for the next 5 years and you had a big holding at this sp that's some return.
you don't need to worry about a thing until 2.30.
was thinking the same but i bet they will stitch us up on the spread.
better than 12.00 i guess
i was chating to a guy in the states about my nasdaq stocks and asked him to check out nmc he's reply was that nmc dipped down but bought back up again, that's not to say it wont come down but could a classic knock the stops out only to recover but i guess a lot depends on price of offering
there is nothing to be happy unless they pay more than current sp. just fleecing retail investors to line pockets of the big boys it feels like the are jumping a sinking ship and the shares in book build will probably be lent out for shorts

i get a lot of you are not investors but you have to see this for what it is. but don't be foolish to think any good is going to come for holding out if you want to try something make as much noise as poss put AAL of deal and short sxx get something back that way.
if AAL pull you are left with a crook as a ceo that unless he is arrested he will rinse and repeat shareholders. Fca is a toothless tiger no point in dealing with them they will just toss the ball back to you as learnt from dealings with them. so the best thing that could happen is new management but it sounds to me like this is no easy journey it's slated that AAL would have to spend billions and take years to complete don't see many others stepping up to the plate on that kind of commitment .so i sold now if AAL pulls out i saved! if they don't i still get 5.5p and if they do pull out the share price will return to say 3'5p and you are left with shower of **** management but you can buy back in for less that's if you want more pain of course.remember this no one gives a crap about retail investors were do you think all the big funds get there wealth from we always get left holding the bag.
what is the plan if AAL pull out because of all the troubles with this company whats the plan then.
