But the bloke only has £10 and is being supported by the locals with food parcels by boat. How does that work?

Never mind the operating theatre, what about all the other treatment environments. I attend a chemotherapy clinic monthly and nitrile gloves and an apron is all you see, never mind the 10 in a room and the guy in the next chair is coughing and spluttering. He is the biggest threat not the medics.

I don't see any operating theatres in the Nightingale hospitals. just beds and ventilators.

I doubt the theatre staff were having unprotected sex with patients, nor eating their brains. The usual purpose of theatre PPE is to protect the patient from infection by the surgeons. This Covid business is a bit different
