Serge1, I agree with you entirely. I see no reason for a physical meeting just to sign a set of agreements. And maybe July is optimistic for travel if there is a new flare up in California just because POTUS want to lift quarantine and go on the campaign trail there.

There are no hotels, restaurants or guest houses open in London, and unlikely to be so until this pandemic is well under control and freedom of movement allowed. Even if these three guys are allowed fly from LA to LHR, they will have nowhere to live or eat. The serviced office space industry is locked down, so they cannot work from 35 Berkeley Square either.

The reason most RNS statements are published at 07.00 is not because hundreds of company directors have wet the bed, but they have used the "embargo" feature in the RNS app, which all UK listed companies must use, rather than the "immediate release" feature. They can post at leisure and let the RNS service publish at the embargoed date and time.
