Hi greendave66,it is always easier to discuss in the already existing thread.
Since the original IPO of Zanaga in 2010, there has never been a placing or money raise. But funds are now under £1m, so will run out around August this year. There are many scenarios, but there is a strong possibility that a deal may be in place before the cash runs out...eg total sale of company, partial equity buy in etc. The COIDIC
Framework agreement strongly points in this direction.
If it takes longer and cash is required, there are options other than a straight placing, eg director loans. Even our partner Glecore could stump an interim loan. Even a small placing at these levels would not be the end of the world. Cash burn is so low £1.2m would last a year.
Personally, I am expecting an equity buy in/out (partial or full) by new Chinese project partner in next 2-3 months.
