So we will own 12.5% of the project and still have to fund our share of mine. This absolutely insane how this could be construed as fair. A full take over (nearly) in all but name. Obscene.

This whole deal is circular and mired in conflict of interest, imo.

Good post G_G_G. However the only thing that would stop this would be a legal challenge (other than a counter bid). Public opinion they would laugh at as well. But maybe that is all we have.
