The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
In the RNS 'About us' section..
"A major Project update is underway to freshen historical studies in light of changes in the world's economy and growing demand for low-carbon steel production, for which the Zanaga resource is highly suited, with the potential to become one of the largest producers of high grade premium pellet feed iron ore."
...nice to see the premium pellet product aspiration stressed.
This appointment does appear to the starting gun being fired.. finally!
Thanks for your thoughts 99icecream and extrader. It is the process I am probably suspicious of, hence it rings odd. Normally you would do your negotiating behind doors and then sign and publicly release a partner MOU? Not a long song and dance beforehand?
Also extrader does raise an interesting question of why Zanaga should stay involved at all and lead all this?? Surely Glencore would want to sell the offtake to sell and somebody else builds/runs the mine?
.. strategic partner initiative (Q1)even mean in practice and especially on the woolly level of a MOU? This continues to baffle as ever.
Hi extrader, still watching, waiting and hope as we all do :-).
I cannot remember the details of the article I was responding to unfortunately..
Carbon dioxide is continually removed from the atmosphere by biological and rock weathering processes. If you stop producing it, it goes down. Entirely reversible, Ireland is very lucky to have a functioning government!
The DRC could just be the common error everyone makes... intriguing..
Boom boom.
Reality is it will not be delivered next January, this will still be waited for in July next year. Plus Kore will have the privilege of stumping up 5mill for their tardy work.
Even more "me me me" time?? :-)
Schadenfreude aber ohne Freunde!
What ev's, toodle pips. Same tantrum as last round. Funny!
When the self styled guru realises he is not the Messiah:-)
Cujo
Evidently has re-awoken.
The months roll by and stll no time frame or deadlines..
"PowerChina has not yet advised Kore Potash of the timeline to complete its reviews and internal approvals."
Absolutely taking the pizz..
Thanks for your critical research, extrader, at least the Vale plane story can now be put to bed.
Very interesting, extrader!! Turning the full circle in the ROC??
Or is Glencore going to buy roughly half the new shares every time offered, thereby keeping the relative holding identical? Would they have to declare such an arrangement due to insider trading regs?
Yes, you are correct, that is the way Glencore operates. I offer £10 for all of ZIOC, they are bound to take it :-)
The loan is hardly even a rounding error in the Glencore accounts.
