Majors want to do their own FEED, they have their own technical staff and consultants. Not some third party crap.

Not sure about bidding war. RAM is not credible. The majors know this. When RAM is floundering bthey can then take it out cheaply anyway.

No getting around this, the related party deal with a nobody party sucks big time.

Maybe RAM already have another buyer lined up, but they would then upsell RAM?? Maybe NOTHING is what is seems? The continuing silence from the company for interviews makes this speculation inevitable.

It the company do not reach out to us with a public interview in the next 2 days, then hit them with every legal means possible. There are too many areas of concern to be swept under the carpet.

Maybe our 3 biggest PI's with 5m plus shareholdibgs should have a meeting with the company? They will not be able to represent us PI'd of course but they could put forward our range of concerns.

And if they were lucky they may be offered a buy in to RAM. We would have to trust their integrity.

I am just throwing out ideas, and I also hope the company reads this board, especially if the BOD were well intentioned. There is always that chance that our PI outrage is wrong. Please BOD come forward.

Preferably the company should do a public candid interview based on our concerns.
