We are unlikely to get justice here, the institutions that are supposed to protect us repeatedly fail in all levels of our society. RAM's lawyers will have wrapped this up nicely. And even if we won the share price would also tank. So our best bet may be to find a buyer whole provide a fairer deal for all (since AT has no interest in this?? ) An incredible long shot. Or just live with the alleged crime done to us?? It is not worth our health in the end. That is where my high horse falters. No decision on my part yet, musings. Could just dump the lot regardless.

It may be worth emailing the ROC mining department asking them to block this deal. RAM is a non credible company with no track record and is likely only interested in asset flipping. This is not in the ROC government's interest. Just a thought.

I agree you cannot give away 10% prior without shareholders voting on it. Completel nonsense and illegal, imo.

Hmm. I don't know, it would be a crazy way to run a business, fishing for bids with a crap deal. This smacks far more of a naked grab especially since the opportunist vultures were let in last year at 4p. This fishing theory may be more desperation on the PI side than reality. The whole deal appears tailored to taking out the PI's.

Could we get an Industry expert or consultancy to assess the validity and fairness of this deal based on known deals and industry metrics?

If we got lucky and expert may even do it oro bono if they were as offended by this deal??

Rio would be credible for funding and building and I am pretty sure they would take that deal?? Even this 90% give away would be a far superior deal than what we have now..
