Chad's not the easiest place to get an asset sold as it's landlocked and the nearest port is thousands of km away. So you have to have something special to get majors interested. Therefore, has to be a massive asset. Kalaka could potentially substantially increase Dorothe's worth, so why not explore that fully first?
Pretty clear from 'the other side' just how high demand is for Copper projects.

Vince stated in June that the decision to delay drilling was to further explore to "make sure it was worth the expense". The sort of drilling campaign that will be required for that sort of scale, certainly.

To my mind, at least, it's a convenient delay too to allow the focus on lithium. Hopefully get that all proved up asap and sold on. Use the proceeds to minimise any dilution required in order to commence a drill program that could run upwards of $50M.
Remember: it's in Vince's direct interest that as few shares are on the market as possible as any dilution makes his very lucrative SP targets harder to attain.

They've gambled on the lithium projects galvanising the share price so that they can get assets sold AND utilise the 60% assured 2019 fund raise at as high a price as possible.

All IMHO based upon interviews, hints and speculation.

Having recently changed Chairman, appointed a COO and made three key management & geologist appointments, had a stategy review, met with representatives of Sudanese government as well as presenting to Chinese investors on lithium, I'd not be at all surprised if there's further surprise updates to come as well as the well-discussed Ewoyaa results and likely news out of Chad, Ivory Coast and Aus.

Something I've been extremely pleased (and slightly relieved about) is that Tekton's shares have been available to sell throughout September but the share price has not dropped and, aside from two PI rampage sells, there has been no bearish pressure. So that's a new bunch of insiders happy to continue to hold. Which is confidence inspiring.

But the smart and the patient see good reason not to blow ones load at 22.5p.

BHP put their hand in their pocket at 26p. Investors have paid up to 39p. I'll just leave that there with regards to SOLG

Redmac makes some great points.
Ewoyaa should be the second resource declared commercial. The grade & intersections vs other resource estimates give ever indication that it's a top resource worthy of a mine.
I'd love to see a roadmpa for IRR. Both Toro and myself (possibly others too?) have tried to come up with our own ideas but it's all guesswork.

Personally, I'd love to know when Vince thinks the first asset sale will go through. We know what it will be and where it'll be going...just when and for how much!

But the valuation discrepancy, despite the good news on BHP, is mad.

Seen a chart recently indicating AIM volumes are way down on previous years overall so that may explain some of the lull here.

I think a lot of it comes down to being listed on the wrong sort of index for these assets. I would personally argue that there hasn't been enough progress with some of the assets (indeed any in IC) but the rate of knots with which they're bashing out the lithium exploration has definitely been impressive.

The early results from Ewoyaa have been good and the response from the market was muted. Rubbish, even.
The external buzz around the company except for, as you say, a handfull of people is non-existent.

Two weeks ago, we went 2.5 days without a single buy.

I think we're all at a bit of a loss. Probably, company included. The technicals are great. Support is excellent. Everything else, not so much. Not sure how it gets turned around...but I'm not selling before it does and it looks like most at least have that mindset.

Perhaps my choice of words earlier wasn't brilliant. I'm just frustrated to see a 'carbon copy' company getting 100x our usual volume.

You can use whatever reasoning you fancy mate, but it’s ludicrously lopsided by whatever measure you use. The market didn’t give a shit about SOLG three weeks ago as it floundered mid-20’s. (Sound familiar?) Nothing has changed with the fundamentals yet the Mcap doubled over two weeks. I don’t wish to do a side-by-side comparison between the two as they are completely different companies: 1 huge main asset vs tens of smaller ones. Different commodities etc. But buying IRR at the bottom is a much better % trade than buying SOLG at the top.

Volume’s gone out of it and it’s not making a new high. This isn’t the board for that discussion but ludicrous to be buying there as it stands imo. 10x value of IRR utterly unjustifiable.

Cheer up: sun's out and despite being 10% up over ten days, we aren't being absolutely hammered by the usual unambitious traders (yeah, there was one yesterday but that's it so far).
Bit disappointed that there's still people intent on catching a falling knife over the other side rather than building a position here...but I'm sure that will change eventually.

RSI dropped below the hourly ascending channel at 4pm, hence what you've seen there since.
Reckon it will probably head towards 30p before consolidating...though that's just an educated guess.

Probably drop to around 30. May take a few weeks if people fancy an IRR jaunt in the meantime :)

In broad terms, I agree, but I don't see anything from a Technical perspective that prevents a move to mid-40p.
Just needs more demand.
Potentially, my gut feeling is it make take the initial lithium JORC estimate.

Certainly, see 35p challenged again before year end.
And, as you say, as long as 21p support holds (and it's looked rock solid each time) there's no downside.

Stu Crow just endorsed my suggestion (mainly taken from Toro's thoughts over the years) that we're looking at a 3Moz+ resource.

My hope, as I've stated here a few times) is that the lithium assets eventually pay for the gold. We're getting close to drill time now so any official deals from Ghana would be well-received no doubt.

SOLG's on an absolute tear at the moment which, understandably, takes most of the spotlight. And good on them. But once that dies down, and it will, there'll be a lot of informed investors there (some who have already seen the potential here) who potentially may like to build a position here where the asset potential is so far not at all recognised in our valuation.
