Morning BC. I think you could definitely check in more often. Other than Toro, myself and Mike, it can get rather quiet on here. Vince & Nick will undoubtedly have learned from the SOLG funding that wasn’t that well received and the main market listing that dragged on and on, just as I’m sure they’ve learned that promising the moon and then saying nothing for two months wasn’t brilliant either. As the second child, IRR should have the benefit of that experience. I full expect that, like with the options & performance share targets that the company set, the funding deal for drilling Dorothe, Kineta & the rest of Ghana will be done at favourable terms. The company holds all the aces with the lithium, at least.

As usual, Toro’s on the money. With no retail placing ever, there’s good reason to believe that current backers (and perhaps new ones?) will ensure the company is adequately funded in future to ensure the projects will be expedited. Notably Cape Coast and Dorothe. As South African mining giant Assore Ltd’s ONLY exploration arm, the acquisitions and developments the Vince is charged with have large implications for their future profitability and that of multi-national conglomerate Sumitomo. This ain’t your usual two-bob AIM affair.

The CEO stated that all current programs are fully funded and that there was space in the budget to “keep drilling as long as the bit tells us to”

They’ve just issued options up to 3.5x current SP and Vince has performance targets 10x higher price within three years.
Pretty much everyone here is marginally underwater but there’s some pretty clear routes to a £500Mcap company and they do not involve diluting investors to oblivion.

I completely agree with Weetsie. People worry about getting locked in. Also is a big factor in these comedy low-volume days. No private funding additionally means limited hype as no shares to flip to mugs. About £3.5k trades today. All buys. Final few top of the ask but a stupid bid means it’s a red day. All about to change though :)

Congrats to SOLG holders. Been a long wait for some substantial movement there!!’ I sincerely hope that the excitement over there will bring a little liquidity back here. We’re all ready to break out: just need the volume and probably a week wait.

With an absolute bottom at 20p, this is a fairly safe haven.
Agreed it's a terribly dull share which doesn't befit such an exciting company.
