Maximum 10% dilution. What you moaning at? Looking to raise more than the current market cap (before todays rise) by selling just 10% additional shares. What is your point?

Whats changed? We are moving onto the next stage. He didnt want to raise the money mentioned at the lower funding price. Not sure that you think the problems is? They have a plan, 130 staff, etc.

I calculate the next funding round to be priced at circa £12.50?

Current market cap = £16m or circa $20m
Increase in market cap $250m / $20 = x 12.5

Using £1 share price that equates to £12.50 a share?

I left the industry at the turn of the century, before online trading took off but was involved when we transtioned from certificates to CREST and electronic shareholdings, etc. Late Friday was a great time bury bad news in those days when most brokers had left for the day, or not come back from a liquid lunch lol

I was a stockroker for 15 years and announcing news on Friday was a popular way to try and bury bad news. However, that tended to be unexpected announcements. The AGM and release of results (with an update) has been planned for some time so I dont think there is any reason to panic. All of the recent announcements, tweets and snippets on LinkedIn seem to be priming the market for something big. Whatever happens, within 24 hours we should have a much better idea of what is going on and what the future holds.

Looks like the company is going for a big bang tomorrow - results (which will be historic) but will also include hopes and plans for the future and (hopefully) details on the next funding round with maybe at least one investor to start us off.

Worth remembering that the last Time Machine venture was merged with another company in a multi-billion dollar deal. If you watch their interviews, the founders of Time Machine always have an exit route in mind.

Historically Friday announcements have often been used to release bad info late on for companies. The idea being that by the time Monday arrives, the edge is taken off the disappointment. I am looking for the results tomorrow.
