Nothing you have said in your condescending posts is anything new and I am surprised you haven't mentioned the detailed broker note which goes into great depth about the business plan. A little tick up today - see if this follows through tomorrow. Results next week will look good - even a summary of the last 12 months will find a lot of very positive news. I cant imaging the forward looking statement will be anything but posiitve either.

Interesting investor led fund raising - seems to be unnecessary dilution if the next big deal is just a matter of weeks away - they also received the latest Sanofi stage payment recently. Looks like institutional investors getting greedy to me.

I agree - should be easier to raise fund after proof of concept. Also, looking at the BoD they are well connected to big players, they have also been brought on to bring in friendly supportive investors. RS indicated the funds are there without actually saying it "in our orbit", etc. I thought they might announce the first investor to rubber stamp it but now, as someone said on telegram, I think they might just wait until the funding has been completed. There is no way that first round investors and those showing an interest in the second round have not been sounded out already.

However DYOR this is a high risk potentially high reward share.
