Even with all the caveats around being patient etc etc the drop in price has been nothing short of abysmal. The company are not unlike a football club who give it large ones about this and that and still get relegated. They can tweet all they like but if they don’t offer some decent sales news shortly we may as well forget about this. I was as positive as the next one until recently but now feel as if it’s blind faith and we are just being played. On reflection - GDR haven’t actually sold anything. Happy to praise them when they do well but it does seem they are full of hot air.

Even the most positive amongst us has to admit the fall from 42p to this so quickly after such good news is really disappointing. Let’s hope for something good soon.

It is good to see GDR active on Twitter but it’s hardly going to drive sales. For the good it does on there may as well sell on eBay and Amazon!

I think this will come good but whether it will sustain the highs I very much doubt. Here’s my thought, not just here but generally with equities are those odd good days (which are really quite few and far between) worth the frustration of all those numerous days when prices either stay the same or just keeps moving down. Constantly watching the news, will this affect it, will that, those times when you think ‘this is it’ but then it isn’t - I’m not sure it is worth it. We have limited days on this earth and how many are being spoilt all for the possible sake of making a gain (which once made is son on forgotten). Apologies it’s off topic but wanted to share.

The only excuse for not testing a child that has been admitted to hospital in an emergency to ensure they will not be administered medication that could cause permanent deafness is ‘the technology is on order’. Nothing else would wash. Imagine your child becoming permanently deaf when it could have easily been prevented!

I think the end game will be all NHS Trusts having access to the technology although longer term a deal will be struck to make the testing cheaper. I presume there is a patent in place for now so any imitation would require a settlement with GDR.

I have never been more confident in a share delivering than this. The patient will be rewarded. Imagine if your child suffered from deafness knowing this is now available. Borderline legal action. We just didn’t bother to take up the technology is not an option any more.

Well, the slump has been halted and we move into a new week with the hope of sales, a cracking RNS and some profit. If not next week, who cares as it’s coming soon.

This discussion board is just like football supporters on twitter. A good result or game and the team or particular members of the team are hero’s, the best, world beaters. A poorer performance just days layers and those same people who lauded the team want those very same players sold, ‘never wanting to see them in the team again’ etc etc etc. Last week had anyone read this forum for the first time they would have thought Mr Budd and the whole GDR team had brokered world peace, found a cure for the most devastating diseases and run a marathon backwards to raise funds for 3rd world countries with a share price increase predicted between £1 and £100. Now just days later it’s all ‘I’m selling at a loss’ ‘’Mr Budd is useless’ and ‘the GDR team may as well disband’.

Please just be patient, it will happen but will take time. You can’t expect news and an RNS every day of the week. Good times are around the corner so just chill or get out of the game. If share dealing isn’t for you, just get off the pot.

Personally for me I view every day as ‘this could be the one’. What a great day that will be.

There are several on here (me included) who have the fantasy of buying and being lucky enough that when we look a few hours later the price has increased vastly. It does happen but rarely. When it doesn’t happen the frustration and impatience kicks in leading to irrational thoughts and posts. As I said yesterday the concept has been proved, it is that good it made the national news so just sit back and wait (will take a while) and the sales will be announced. The price will probably drift down during the wait but should then provide very good returns.

Would have been nice to have loitered at the 40p mark but all a bit irrelevant until the next few RNS’s (which we can’t expect every day. The technology has been proved and has excellent exposure so far and provided the sales team are on top of things will more likely than not move upwards longer term. Little point anyone putting £’s to share price predictions as nobody really knows. All we do know is things look very, very promising.

Well done again all you who predicted a red finish. If nothing else you are consistent (as in consistently getting it wrong). I suppose if you say it enough you will eventually be right. After all, even a broken (and tiresome) clock is right twice a day.

Wonder how long before the Eeyore’s on her say ‘it was only ITV and not BBC’ or something similarly stupid. I honestly think provided GDR up their game around projecting the company’s image it’s job done.

I did think that Roger but they made a point of zooming in on the company name etc. a mention would have been nice (and worthy) but it’s still fine.

The roll out to the rest of the NHS is a given not just in the U.K. but worldwide. Who would want to tell the parents of a child who loses their hearing it only happened as they were not prepared to pay for the testing machine!
