I agree this BOD will try and string thing out as long as they can and take money out as salary until all the money has gone . I have voted FOR the resolution every little helps and may get it passed. I agree it has been criminal what this BOD have got away with over the years.

No mention as to what the resolution is.

No date yet for the meeting I expect we will be given about one days notice then make it difficult to vote, not sure if there is going to be any vote at all.

Not sure what the resolution is? I think they are only asking what plans the BOD have to return cash. This Bod should have been sacked years ago they are only there to drain the company of cash as long as they can

A trade of over 2.6 million just went through.

I do not agree the Bod, have worked very hard filling there own pockets and after all they did change the name of the company which made a great deal of difference to the share price.

I think the BOD should be sacked before they can take any more money out. The have presided over a massive share price slide and taken money out of the company without any input daylight robbery.

Someone is going to pick up some very cheap patents and run with them at the expence of all us LTSH

Hi Panch, In the RNS posted on the 21 Dec The BOD Said they intended to finalize a review on a range of options available to it by which it is able to deliver value to shareholders which MAY include the distribution of available cash. My opinion is that this was included to try and help get a Yes vote. The true statement from the BOD should have been the they never intend to give any money back to shareholders and any cash will be held to fund the Salaries of the BOD until runs out, but this would not be a vote winner at the shareholders meeting. I may be wrong but we must see what the BOD say about the Review if it ever mentioned again.

I was outvoted so we have to see if the money distributed to share holders as indicated before the vote but I will not hold my breath

It is not much of a surprise that Allenby Capital are upbeat on the share they after all are the brokers for the company.

Looks like they will be coming to the shareholders cap in had again very soon.

The company is fast running out of cash, and I would suggest any deal down the track will result in a deal to take part of the Equity in exchange for cash.

I agree with you , When MGM agreed to set up a joint company to trade in the US and Canada it was on the basis the they would use the On line betting skill of Entain. I hope MGM are not using the information gained from Entain to trade in competition with Entain in the Euro market.

I was under the impression that at the AGM shareholders rejected a request by the BOD to issue new shares and yet it would appear the Muir Miller is being paid off with the issue of new shares. Can this be OK when the BOD have been refused permission to issue new shares by the shareholders or does this BOD not care about resolutions passed at the AGM and just does what it wants.

Hi Phil that would put you at the 16th largest shareholder I am at 53 at present. Still have hope things will come good not long to find out
