You are correct KSH with over 1/2 million shares traded before 9 am and the gain is pegged back to 5p. Not sure what will move the shares if the market is not impressed with the statement today.

Hi Chistopher John, my first purchase of Reneuron shares was on the 10/10/2015 , I think that makes me a long time share holder. Whether it was a good judgement is another matter.

IF it helps the list of large investors are Sir De Haan Roger , 26.51% Artemis 5.30% Irish Life 3.25% Setasta Ass 2.99% Ellott management 2.74% & Majedie Ass 2.66%

Sir Roger De Haan now owns 37.20m shares which equates to 26.51% of SAGA. Hope this helps.

All us long time share holders are well below water level with regard the share price. Most of the large long term holders have sold out at a loss they include Woodford, Wales life, Invesco, Aviva & Majedie. They have been replaced by Obotritia, Richard Griffiths, Octopus, Rosetta & Arix which together own over 35% of the company. Most of these major share holders have paid around 75p a share and unlike the long term holders, they are still showing a good profit on there investment. I am a bit concerned on the gradual decline in the share price as the last time the share price fell below £1 it was followed by a cash raise and share issue by the company. I was encouraged buy the purchase by Barbara Stachelin out new Finance Director of 43000shares at 1.15 p last month and it led me to buy more at the same price to bring my average price down but the price has slipped since then. I also note that Stifel Nicolaus & co, Analyst Glennie Christian has ReNeuron as a strong buy with a target price of 400p.as at 3rd Nov 2012. I hope all us Patient long term holders will see our patience rewarded soon.

I agree with you dactions, I have been a share holder for over 4 years now and showing a large loss on my holdings. I would like to have a large option for under £1 per share this would help me lower my break even point.

Hi more info on Obotritia they are located in Potsdam Germany and as at 2020 employ 547 staff ( in Dec 2015 they employed 10)
The company holdings are listed as, % of Holdings in that company
53.5% HLEES Highlights Events 8.57%
14.5% RQEL Reneuron 10.75%
12.86% Creditshelf AG 8.40%
9.37% Sportstot AG 20%
3.26% Achiko AG 2.04%
The company does seem to have a high proportion of its assets in Highlight Events and I agree with Epsilon and Philbanks Reneuron is a strange mix to have in this company. May be they bought in the Woodfords fire sale at a good price.

Hi the large holders at 5th jan 2021 were, Schroders 9.284%, Obotrita 10.76%, Octopus 6.72% ,Wales life 5.3% & Richard Griffiths 5.03%.
The large holders at 25th Aug 2021 are Obotrita 10.75% Richard Griffiths 7.99%, Octopus 5.88%, Rosetta Cap 5.65% Arix Cap 5.27%, Evans Sir Chistopher 2.96%, E vans M 1.57% Oday 0.70%.
It would appear the Schroder holdings, I think this was the last of Woodfords holdings and Wales Life have both sold out.
This site is far from complete I purchased 8000 shares at 1.063 at 9 0clock today but it does not show on this site yet.

It all over Uncle Sam has won and is now the owner of St Modwens. I have been a share holder since the 1960s and I find it a sad day. I only hope the new owners take care of the employees who have built this company over the years.

Today is the meeting to decide on the offer when all votes will be counted.

The last three companies she has been a director have gone bankrupt which is a bit of a worry.
