York Station do, I am still well down here my break even is 368p so will not be going to York station for some time if ever.

Hi Mherby I agree with you that this BOD have been a disgrace. But you are wrong on the reason for Liquidation of the company it was the shareholder who voted to liquidate against the advice from the BOD who were trying to keep the gravy train going as long as they could, the shareholders had had enough and voted the liquidate before this BOD drained it all away. I think there is every change you will get a pay out after all the money due comes it so keep checking you Halifax account.

I thought it was the BOD job to pay the money out to shareholders as and when the money came in. If the company is put into MVL admistration who will will pay out to shareholders money due in 12 months time ?

It depends which Company you have your ISA with, HL will transfer the shares from the ISA account to a holding account then will accept money into this account if and when it is paid out by Scirocco.

Looks like HSBC will force you to sell from your ISA

How will the distribution of money get to the existing shareholders if they are no longer shareholders?

Have just voted for both resolutions hope I have done the right thing not sure I trust this BOD but hope the Man from the Channel islands will see fair play.

AGN Why have you voted yes what is the reasoning behind your vote?

Not sure how to vote but if the vote does not get passed I think the BOD are bound by the last vote and should start returning cash to existing share holders. But I may be wrong they could still take money out for themselves it would be interesting to know what the 10% man from the channel islands is going to do, after all he was the one that instigated the Last Vote.

With 25.3% holding it looks like Goodweather holdings are closing in on the 30% when they must make a bid.

I think the 3/4 wait is because the BOD will demand there salary for that period even if they are doing nothing.
