Its going to get rough in Norway in the next 24 hrs I think the Spirit Of Adventure should find a some safe place to hide.
I think they said it was a Hold

It looks like Dr Richard Beckman Reneurons CMO is leaving and going to Adverrum Biotechnologies as their Chief Medical Officer and been granted a 485000 stock as a inducement grant to join. No comment yet from our BOD?
There is a good article in todays Telegraph on Restore
Hi Leem ,Things are not looking good. Our major shareholder Obotritia has sold 10% of its holding that is 0.58m shares on Friday Also the non- executive director Barbara Staehelin must be regretting her purchase of 43000 shares in Oct 2021 at 115p per share now worth 30p. a share. You must wonder if the Directors cannot get the purchasing right what chance do the rest of us have.
Shareholders here must be on there guard not to give the BOB authorization to act without final agreement from the shareholders. The BOD must put any takeover deal and any disposal of assets such as Patents, to a vote by the shareholders of the company before it is ratified. To give them permission to act without the safeguard is dangerous.
I know from experience giving the BOD this authorization to act without final shareholders sanction can be painful.
I was a shareholder in Flybe, the board at a special EGM voted to make decisions without needing a shareholders vote.
They sold the assets of the company the agreed to a takeover from Richard Branson which gave the shareholders 1 p a share
then he gave the then BOD a contract of employment.
I think this has happened to other AIM companies ,we must be on our guard here.
I think our Director Barbara Staehalin must be regretting her purchase of 43000 shares on October 21st 2021 for 115p she is now well over £15000 down now ,like many here hindsight is a wonderful thing. But I do not see any other directors even at the current price purchasing any more shares not even the new recruit Dr Randolph Corteling.
J Henry, I have Schroders selling 3.22 m shares on 30th Sep 2021 and still have 3.61% or 2.06m shares. However Invus purchased 1.73m shares on 22 nd Sep 2021 and now own 3.04% The SP is having a much better day today some good news maybe on the way.
With news that over 30 ships have covid is there any news on our ships?
Hi Chester I think you are correct it was 1 for 100 so Olav would hold only 3, 227 at that time not 32,277 shares as stated. He must of increased his stake since then to 50,201 shares as listed at the end of Sept 2021.
Does anyone know why the company did not issue a RNS when Schoder sold 3,219,514 shares at the end of September 2021 taking their holdings from 9.284% to 1.18% now.?
