With the market cap at £8miil and £ 12.5 mill in the bank why would anyone do a deal when the could buy the company and take the cash and all patents and show a profit. I feel for the current CFO she has not many cards to play to get a good deal either for the company or the long suffering share holders.

A late large trade not sure if it was a sale or buy. I have been here since 2017 and averaged down many times but now am very depressed about the current situation with so many false dawns

With the rise today I am back in the black, They must be good results coming on the 24 November 2022.

Just had a call from a company representing the BOD asking if I was intending to vote at the GM meeting and if I was how would I be voting. More consultancy costs at the shareholders expense , but it does show they are worried about the vote at the GM.

Why would anyone enter into a substantial deal when they could buy the company the company for peanuts.

Are all these new shares going to be used to vote for the BOD at the next GM of share holders.

I understood that there was a vote to say the BOD were not allowed to issue more shares unless they got 75% approval from the shareholders. What was the point of the vote at the last meeting if the BOD just ignore it.

Hi just had confirmation from Hargreaves that they will action my request to vote FOR on all resolutions at the GM

I have instructed Hargreaves to vote all my shares for all 5 resolutions as FOR.
