Financing of Company post Completion As Shareholders are aware, the Company has been dependent on the financial support of Safeland for a number of years to enable it and the Group to continue trading. Upon completion of the Disposal and the withdrawal of Safeland's financial support for the Company, the Company is expected to have approximately £85,000 of net liabilities (including in respect of the Preference Shares) and will be wholly dependent on the Proposed Directors providing or procuring adequate financial support to the Company to enable it to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due.

My understanding is that Leo are doing an RTO with London Asset Management. (Imight be completely wrong) It appears that Leo have only been able to make ends meet through handouts, and the handouts are about to end. They plan to have it sorted by end of July when the new company will be formed. From what I gather, they will have no capital and will only succeed if the new BOD are successful. No room for error. A risky punt. GL

But this will very quickly rise when people realise the potential. If the second RNS is released tomorrow then 8am top up is a must, get them while you can. share_cruise 19:28:55 16/06/2010 and who doubted an RNS not coming today? ;-) This may not be the ideal RNS we were waiting for but I've just looked into my crystal ball and its told me if not this week then next week should be the one we have all been waiting for. It was more confident of this week though.

Following posted by share_cruise last night on iii. I've just looked into my magic ball and it tells me that there was 2 deals which canisp were trying for. The first fell through but the second bigger deal has been 'finally' signed by all involved and the RNS is to be released. The company will not be delisted

As matter fact I have decided to break some ground-rules by making a STATEMENT purely on basis of speculation ofcourse:- IMO you should not be looking at last week of september for exit of cn., rather you should be looking at second.....yes thats right guys SECOND week of june for RE-eMergence, lucky its not the BANK HOLIDAY week or we would have lost a day. I think you will find that the next 2 weeks that you mention was in connection with SRSP. CN could take longer.If you read the post on ii posted by bardz20 as below, you will see what I mean. This is the Hoots last few posts on the ADVFN SRSP board he allways seems to know whats going on and i resect his thoughts so it seems we dont have much longer to wait....
