I think we will benefit for this indirectly but PHE should be pushing for additional funding as well (maybe this is why the directors brought shares!)
I think this is a stability play and about time too. So many of us are invested in PHE for the long term and finally having directors that are investing is good news.
Hopefully this means the patent is coming and the test rig is nearly ready for demonstration.
They need to do a share swap say 1 for each 100 shares, that way the SP would increase to 37p and attract more of the right attention.
I understand there are trolls on all sites, but the tech here is a winner for PHE and our planet. We would all love to see an end to plastic in our oceans...
RM - this has never been a dying share, PHE need one live site and you will see this shar jump exponentially. PHE need to be more vocal and more of the newbie board members will probably buy shares in the coming days to show their support...
I agree, if they were really concerned these directors would stay as "acting" directors.
Also, am I right in thinking the company objecting is a UK company so how would there fair objecting to a European patent when the UK patent is in place?

We need to start producing hydrogen soon...
Councils like Coventry being criticised for burning waste to generate heat, PHE could help them out and get them to switch to all things plastic.
See Toyota are giving up on hydrogen for cars, instead concentrating on hydrogen for larger vehicles (battery trucks not a good idea)!
15 years ago if you would have said people would be driving around in EV's most in the motor industry would have told you your mad. The same is for hydrogen, car manufacturers are conscious that to be "Greener" there will be EV's and hydrogen + a mix of the two.
I am also a fan of riding the world of plastic waste but I wouldn't bet against hydrogen at this stage...
LOL, the chats get more interesting on this site everyday...
I was asking about the patent last month and one person mentioned they had all been granted, guess not. I don't think the working prototype was BS otherwise HUI wouldn't be trying to get a plant working with PHE as the solution.
I personally am invested and hope we can get our act together and help remove some of that harmful plastic (i.e. Oil) whilst producing hydrogen. If they take the process further, they can use those heat cells to produce additional electricity at the same time...
Short term blip based on news, HUI can't do anything without PHE and they have full confidence in PHE. That patent will be worth millions once the scaled rig is operational.
For me this play was always about the climate emergency and the ability to remove plastic waste from our oceans whilst generating clean energy, plastic after all is oil!
HUI is based on PHE as its foundation without it the company is only good for its cannabis.
The SP change is purely people speculating to what is perceived as bad news, however PHE deciding to concentrate on fewer opportunities is actually a good thing.
HUI is based on speculating, PHE is based on a product that will greatly help the world...
