I agree the euro patent seems a non-issue, but once this is put to bed I would hope we would see some real investors start to back PHE. Currently we are subject to low level investments which is why the SP fluctuates so much.
I'm personally looking forward to our first working site, this will be great for all the long term investors not to mention the removal of all that plastic waste and tyres (certainly reduce fly tipping)
Dustyslay haha, investment is speculation, although some of us have invested as we believe in a cleaner world and PHE fits the bill as part of that jigsaw.
A couple of years ago hydrogen was a no-no now countries and companies are getting behind it!
PHE will increase as we start to see progression, HA won't mess around, they have been allocated significant funds.
Not sure how our government is selecting hydrogen projects, maybe their saving PHE for the election run up (UK government backs UK environmental focus company solving waste plastic issue whilst producing clean hydrogen)...
I'm keeping my 10m+ shares...
Any share that has a big rise is subject to profit taking by day traders that jump on good news. Alas most of us have better things to do with our time and the recent increases although welcome are nothing like what we will see...

Aussies have invested big into hydrogen...
My buy in was at .4 although I am happy to stick it out regardless.
Lots of people buying these shares for the wrong reason, those with vision will stick with it.
You only have to read the news to understand the hydrogen is the answer, what was the question...
Looking at this patent claim, the company making the claim was formed in Dec 2022, shares / memorandum of articles Apr 2023 and has losses. The owner Brian Kenneth Scowcroft has a string of dissolved property companies to his name, looks like an attempt to try and get some money from PHE.
Chap is a chartered accountant not an engineer, would be good to see the papers on this one...
You have to remember the placement late last year, suspect a lot of those are cashing out... The share price will increase again once these and the day traders have gone.
Now the deal is done expect momentum and the share price rising in line with what will make PHE a very valuable company. Still confused how the UK government haven't ploughed cash into this hydrogen making machine, hopefully the new government will be keen to see PHE remain in UK hands...
Picking up momentum now, investors ride on the back of good news and big increases.
This is the first time I have been inspired by the secrecy of our management team, makes sense why they all brought shares in December now (early Xmas presents :) )
Remember EV's owe a lot to the good old fashioned washing machine motor...
The same will be the case for hydrogen, it will become more popular over time but EV's are the here to stay, it is just the batteries and tanks that will change over time. SSB's are a part of this journey...
Hi All,
If you search on HUI you will find references to PHE
Re. Solid State batteries vs hydrogen - agree Solid State will increase range but with FCEV's you get much faster fill up times and far less weight. Also, the infrastructure for EV charging is poor at best and with companies creating hydrogen FCEV's for home use and Rolls Royce just passing a full power test with hydrogen, the future is good for PHE.
I do agree though that PHE should have built a scale model some time ago, not sure why they delayed and spent millions on well, nothing much (although patents could be worth a fortune)...
PHE shares are always up and down. HUI has increased as looking to be self funded (hence the share price increase) but this is great news for PHE as HUI will be using PHE technology.
BMW seem set to push the hydrogen agenda as well, fuel cells remove many issues, especially demand at peak times (can produce hydrogen overnight and in remote locations).
