Dr.A and others are we likely to see PHE get any mention at COP 26 over the next 2 weeks?
Have they or others identified the main market for hydrogen as looking around at the use of hydrogen, the best use seems to be fuel cells as combusting hydrogen gives of Nitro Oxide. I guess this fits well with our craze for EV's as you only have to add a tank and remove lots of existing batteries.

Bruce, a listing on the Nasdaq would raise awareness of Synairgen and they would probably issue more shares.
We know countries like to have a slice of the pie and if this course of action was taken, you would see a big upsurge in the SP on both sides of the pond.

Deal3r, I agree with Matterhorn that there must be an agreement in place (which probably means they paid more for the CFD) to have voting rights.
The question we should be asking is why these rights are important?

Historically we have gone into weekends thinking the worse, now we go in with high expectations and those people wanted some skin in the game will buy shares on Friday just in case.

If we get another RNS in the next 7-10 days for Polygon then we know its game on

Just a thought, if Polygon have managed to get the voting rights via a CFD, what would stop them doing the say with Polar? This would bump them up significantly and get them a lot closer to 30%!
With the short termers selling shares, it is possible this might happen although the share price should currently be much higher (nothing stopping companies shorting a bulk of shares at a lower price to then buy lower)..

It is highly likely that those companies servicing CFD's for Polygon will be buying more shares. Polygon won't stop at where they are, they need over 30% to present an offer...

MrCosts there is no reason to sell, the level of investment by Polygon means this short term blip is just that, they know how to make money and the rest of us just need to enjoy the ride :-)

Hanoihank, when I say force a sale for less than it is worth, once P3 results drop in the price will surge significantly. If Polygon have enough voting rights, they can use their voting rights to push a sale through at a price that gives everyone a good return on their shares but undervalues the company.
Once successful it would be great to see Synairgen remain a UK company but that is unlikely to happen.
I do agree with others though if CFD's weren't being used you would see the price closer to £3 now...

You normally don't get voting rights with CFD's as these belong to the share owners, however it looks like this is part of the agreement they have for these CFD's.
If they get a big enough position they can force the sale of Synairgen and this will probably be way under its true value, although this is likely to be twice the current SP.

Polygon have positions giving them voting rights of 14.22%. CFD's are a cheaper method of buying a position and it would seem voting rights.

Take note the previous RNS was 5 days ago and now Polygon have a further 0.9% position in Synairgen. Previous to this there last change was 16 days.

Hi Grant, yeah looking at the trades a lot of smaller trades seem to open up buying opportunities. I am guessing AIM is more susceptible to small trade price variances.

This decline is only making it easier for the bigger players to buy bigger stakes at a cheaper price. I personally have over 100k shares, think I will add another 50k as I don't think we will get this opportunity again...

There is no reason for the SP to go down other than profit taking

Everything has to go through rigorous testing and the best pill thus far as a 50% chance of curing you...
The steroid pill we heard about previously has been overused with some patients developing fungus in their lungs, I guess you get what you pay for!

My previous comments around SP have proven to be fairly accurate and looking where we are today, I am simple amazed by the short term profiteers lack of foresight.
Within 4-8 weeks as we get closer to P3 results, I fully expect to see at least one offer for Synairgen as they are an extremely cheap buy, comparatively. This week I think we will end up around the £2.10 mark and we will then see a gradual climb as more companies start to take larger stakes.
Polygon will increase their holding as they will want to be in a position of strength as we get closer to P3 results. What most people forget is that P3 is just an extension of P2 and with two P3 trials going on, SNG will be available at all stages of Coronavirus.

I agree they wouldn't know during the trial but surely some of the sites would have returned the data having completed their element of the study.
From memory SNG previously stopped a P2 trial as the results were conclusive that SNG was effective and therefore unfair to keep giving individuals placebo
