Malachi, ultimately PHE are selling their services and process, the more companies that buy it the more money they make. The first site investment is a proof on concept but we desperately need hydrogen as EV's alone are not going to change the world.

The RNS confirms the deal which saw the share price rise to over 7p. Expect a BIG rise today as the deal is now confirmed (something PHE went out of their way to say it wasn't previously).
This will now give PHE considerable opportunities outside the UK

Predicting a positive day today, Wednesday is generally a realignment but the fall was short term gains yesterday.

Expect today to be negative and 2 days of gains but tomorrow and Friday will see us back in positive territory. It won't be long before Polygon have 20%, especially at these prices.

Dr.A - as a CEO and an honorary doctorate I have a fair bit of experience in business (some 30+ years), just wondering if rather than call an AGM which would be seen as confrontational, would it not be better to arrange for a call or sit down with the management team at PHE?
We have all invested in PHE as we believe they will do well so the last thing you want to do is destabilise the progress they are making...

I have a biomass boiler and know from experience that this is not a fuel for the future. If there are cold winters Europe shuts down and there is then not the source material to convert into wood pellets (sawdust).
Virgin pellets are not ideal as they rely on trees, which take time to grow. I think the best option for biomass power stations is to convert to Hydrogen...

Pre-Polygon my analysis led me to conclude that we would see closes in positive territory both yesterday and today. With Polygons TR-1, I expect a double digit close today.
If we get another positive TR-1 from Polygon in the next 28 days then this will signal their intent, although you will probably disagree Tiger...

Is this a pre-amble to a bid? UK level is any company owning over 29.9% of a company must table a formal bid...

So what do we know;
1. New share application - non exec's to get share options
2. Currently no CEO
3. PHE plant development moving forward albeit slightly slower than expected and agreements coming onboard for new sites
4. Plan to call for AGM by shareholders on this chat forum to ask for what?

What we want to know is where are we in the search for a new CEO and what lobbying is going on with government to get more investment into new plants with Peel and others
