tagware, quoting what the oil and gas industry have been doing as justification for mining lithium is not very "green", I think you are missing the point.
Hydrogen engines give of NOx, Hydrogen battery cells give of nothing but water.
EV batteries won't last for ever, be it 7 or 10 years and we will then have a problem. However, EV technology can be used with Hydrogen battery cells.

tagware - it is true batteries are lasting longer than expected but the moral compass on kids mining lithium or the eco debate around destroying coral on sea beds just doesn't sit well with me.
Hydrogen battery cells need more development to remove the need of rare materials but they keep on going and are much lighter than batteries...

Hi Swazers, I have PHE shares but 1LEO doesn't respond to anyone just keeps posting nonsense..

Synairgen previously stopped a P2 trail for the same reason, the success rate was so good it was wrong to give placebo.
However, SNG didn't have "undisclosed" side effects in 20% of the patients...
My maths isn't the best but if 20% had side effects does that mean than roughly 17.8% (20% of 89% Pfizer quoting) of the "cured" population also had side effects? Sounds like vaccines all over again, oh hang on it is Pfizer..

Synairgen will be revealing results within the next 8 weeks, this is a short term blip. As a smaller player they have less clout in than the large pharma's so are quite rightly keeping the aces firmly up their sleeves

All these wonder drugs, lets see the peer review on all of them and the "undisclosed" side effects. Guess it doesn't matter if the risk is being covered by governments...

See if they are willing to launch the drug without governments insuring the risk around this wonder drug (same with Merck)

Surprised there are not more drug companies taking similar risks as since the start of Covid19 governments have been underwriting the risk of covid treatments.
Pfizer and others need to come clean about the side effects of what they are giving to people, you only have to look at the AZ vaccine as evidence, where is it being used now?

The Merck announcement shows how desperate countries are to have something else other than just vaccines. Not surprised how quickly governments have lapped up something new as they are desperate but we have been here before with other government professed "game changers". We already know giving the Merck drug to properly ill patients won't work and at best it gives you a 50/50 chance, so still the role of a dice...
We should take heart in the uptake rate as once SNG has finished its P3's (looking at various scenarios) we will see a real "game changer" and the orders will flood in.
I'm adding at the moment as at these prices it would be silly not to!

OK, so the ONS page is trying to show how vaccines have reduced Covid deaths but it is quite alarming how their are so many other deaths after the vaccine.
I agree its not possible to say a vaccine caused the death but statistically speaking the numbers speak for themselves.

I understand the ONS are keen to point out that having the vaccine saves lives if they contract Covid, what is more concerning is those people in the data that died after having the vaccine from a non-covid related illness...

JCB need educating, hydrogen burning engines are not good for the environment as no one want NOX. Boris needs to speak to his experts before endorsing JCB (https://www.expressandstar.com/news/business/2021/10/19/boris-johnson-launches-hydrogen-powered-machines-at-staffordshire-based-jcb/).

This is excellent news. We know SNG001 boosts interferon to allow the body to recover but knowing the long term benefit of this will be interesting.
Personally I'm not greedy, knowing that taking SNG001 would save my life would do for me :-)

JCB putting their weight behind Hydrogen engines which from a previous chat we know it doesn't produce CO2 but it will produce Nitro-oxide, which is not what we want.
Hopefully they will research the science but we shouldn't be shipping hydrogen...
