RE: 2026 The year Commercially viable projects will be separated from those driven by ambition !7 Feb 2026 05:14
@alde...for companies like Helikon, this position often serves as a strategic hedge against other investments in the hydrogen sector. Helikon doesn't close the position abruptly to avoid driving up the price itself, but rather reduces it tactically when the price weakens. For the bears, clicks and visions don't count, only hard delivery figures and positive cash flow. As long as these remain unproven, Helikon stays on board. For Helikon, the investment in AFC Energy is a minor matter, peanuts, as they say. It's important to mention that they are often wrong, but they offset these losses through complex financial structures. If AFC Energy can implement its strategy, the short sellers will be wiped out, and it certainly looks like they will be—just look at the positive developments in AFC Energy's favor. The short sellers might even be surprised by the positive developments; it can happen very suddenly.
