You have to laugh:
Russia, as we know, has responded with fury to Western plans to impose a price cap on Russian gas in retaliation for the invasion of Ukraine.
Putin has claimed that Europe would 'freeze like the tail of a wolf' if a price cap was imposed...in reference to the fairy tale!
