Along with Tata to own Air India by the end of January this is a perfect combination
I’m also still here and like Kat I’ve been busy working getting my company through a pandemic. I again was still active yesterday and still hold all my shares even added on the way down. I still believe in the business and feel we have along way to go before we we can say goodbye to Covid. Testing for me will only be increasing as life starts going back to normal. Flights / entertainment / sports events are just three examples. The current issue surrounding the government is not ideal in any way and I’m now in the red however longer term I see this a good thing as the government have switch focus onto vaccines and the private sector will be the biggest area for growth to get the world moving again. I’m looking forward to the forward statement and the impending LFT news. Docker not sure why you felt the need to dig out a lot of the investors whose research has been spot on and if there’s nothing to talk about then won’t be spreading fake news just a shame a few of them aren’t writing the RNSs then we may be in a more fortunate position.
Tkr I think you are referring to my tweet and I’ve had grief about it however you will see 2 of the delayed trades popped up today refer to https://twitter.com/ali_maynard1982/status/1359845579279507461?s=21
The others now doubt will follow and as I said if not I will be needing to ask Investing.com the same question
all will become Vari clear soon
Wrens uplift includes one of their registered nurses to do the test
I have it
Should hopefully get the care home trial results next week and another big order, the French contract can’t be too far away either. They wouldn’t have developed that if they wasn’t confident of obtaining a major contract in France. This will push sentiment through the roof = SP rocket
Morning all I was discussing with a friend last night who has a good understanding of the pharma industry and discussing the the value of shares in NCYT at £2bn.
Having spoke to to him last night he’s taken all his auto sells off NCYT because he is 99% certain we will be taken over by AZN after a few conversations.
Reasons for this are:
1. All debt paid off to HEGC and Vatel in exchange for shares (why would Vatel be happy to risk turning the debt from cash to shares is something wasn’t guaranteed)
2. Paying off all debt and sitting in a cash rich position means the directors can take this pre the sell as a buying company are buying future value
3. Voleon short and increasing the short when they are already burning plus the reasons behind previous deals between AZN and Voleon
4. Covid clearly isn’t going away and testing will be around for number of years = future value
5. Antibody test value isn’t the sale per test it’s actually the research tool for vaccines as positive antibodies are used to enable research on future vaccines
6. Ncyt already well in bed with AZN
7. Why do you think they are so desperate to get the 25% proxy votes? For the share buy back and then also other resolutions that will come from the EGM having enough shareholders engaged will mean future resolutions will be voted on via our proxy’s ie buyout
8. AZN took out a £3bn bond
Any other thoughts would be welcomed but £2bn would approximately work out at £27.77 per share ??
This is from a scientist friend who works for another major pharma. According to our president our strategy is to still execute growth in high impact innovation and emerging markets. Doesn’t say yet who we are after next. These company acquisitions can take a long time though because within pharma theres is a lot to negotiate on.
With the above in mind negotiations may have been happening this could have been going on for months already but all will become clearer in the AGM. The only thing I would say is GM has been clear about his plan of indication, R&D and acquisition, he’s also talked about long term strategy’s for growth to reward shareholders. Unless this is smoke an mirrors to keep share holders engaged whilst this goes on in the background.
Sorry forgot to add Heathrow will offer the PCR [polymerise chain reaction] COVID test, which is considered the “gold standard” and is the same one offered by the NHS. This would be NCYT.
I’m not trying to deramp but all of these other companies have tests that are proven with 100% accuracy and sensitivity. I really hope AVCT finally get their test out but its still a long journey for them who have promised the world and also promised not to undertake a placing the week later they did that’s why I sold out At £1.30 from buying at 24p.
Heathrow is one of the major airports in the world so the profile for this is huge and other airports will take note so it’s not just 1 airport

Looks like the hope of AVCT being part of it has been scuppered now

So going on what u have said about Mologic......
What do we know about the AVCT test
- no sensitivity / spec figures
- various prototypes are “being improved” sounds like optimisation.
- no trial at Heathrow
- no pilot batch production confirmed yet
- won’t be on sale until q4 earliest. Odx have stated 2021
- AVCT still not sold a bean
Not AVCT

Another point we have missed is that if an me when Covid has subsided, this may never be the case but I am looking on the positives. The winterplex will have its use year after year this is a product that will not be just shelved once Covid is gone. Flu kills thousands ever year and how important will this be to be able to determine whether it’s the flu or the common cold
Clearly he doesn’t have a holding he just has a sick fantasy of wishing he was, it’s like the girl at school you fancied and was always nasty to her when actually you had a massive crush. 199 post in JAM not test AVCT in the last 30 days tells it’s own story about captain c@ck end
Captain Pugwash can you believe it yes we actually get a test out either when we say we are going to or earlier! Please can your next response be here when your JAM gets one out, that way we won’t need to hear from you for a good while
Come on I’ve just gone on to this message as it had 66 replies and most of them are giving Captain Pugwash I have a sick obsession with NCYT and wish I’d invested earlier the time of day. We don’t need to justify ourselves to this pleb nor give him the time of day as that’s what he wants keep it NCYT and not worry about his shoddy investment that at some point will be f@cked Jam today gone tomorrow
Airlines will need to try and obtain deals to reduce the costs and I think longer term will be priced into a holiday / flight ticket
It’s a testament to the strength of the share to increase with so little volume and not only this with Voleon increasing their short position I expected us to drop more but there seems to be good support around £3 I feel this is our based before the next big piece of news
