Cheers Kaeren I was only pointing out what is on who different investment websites that earnings date is 12th August We know there’s is loads going on the last RNS showed how much R&D is currently being worked on. Earning date is Wednesday so it’s reasonable to think we will have one this week the last update was worthy of 5 RNSs patience will prevail

So NCYT have a earnings date Of 12th August, will this be made public on the day and could this form part of a bigger RNS were all expecting/hoping for?

GM has already confirmed this will be September. As the SP is relevant to a bonus a few of the board are getting expect the major news to come in the later part of September to really boost the SP mark my words that will happen. We are all invested and onto probably one of the most exciting business in the market

NCYT and GM have never ramped just stated factual information hence the drop in sp on RNSs but they have carried on their business whilst the others tried their best to be 50% as good as them. So much respect for Graham and his talented employees. FYI I was in AVCT from 40p sold at 120p when they said they would never fundraise and the week later they did all trust was lost

Not a flippant remark, tell me how many products have They sold? I was a shareholder of AVCT listen to a webinar when it was said they would never Place/fundraiser and the week later they did. I lost trust and sold my shares, Their PR team is very good and very punchy shareholders like this. Were as NCYT have been nothing but honest in their RNS not rampy but to the point. It’s clear that AVCT need to Sp up where as NCYT have cash in the bank for future R&D or acquisitions where as AVCT have had multiple fundraisers. Yes if they get their POC finally out to market it will do well but it’s clear they are having problems. However this isn’t a AVCT board so no need to go into detail on them..... My focus is the gold standard which is consistently looking to develop and become a market leader in diagnostics. read my last few messages on my profile.

Surfie this business isn’t just about the share holders. Remember the business isn’t about making the shareholders rich with SP it’s about making the business the market leader which in turn Re rate the SP. I now hold over 24,000 shares and whilst I know the SP is worth so much more there are reasons why this business is not in the lime light in the media. I won’t go into detail again as I was told by other posters that I was lying but I have every confidence that we will see a re rate at some point. Just have patience. Don’t forget this was 6p in January and now we want it to be a GSK or AZN value share it will come but it won’t happen over night. If you research the business enough to you will know that the next 6 months will be significant for the business and there is so much that need to be published but they will do it when the time is right. We are not a AVCT ramper business that needs fundraising this is a self sustainable business with cash in the bank. Good things are coming just be patient.

Thank you all as I don’t often post because to the negative responses you Get. I know that a close group of mine who are all shareholders of NCYT feel the same. My comms with GM has always been very positive and even tried to support when the likes of TW were attacking both NCYT and GM. I also don’t hassle GM for sales figures just trying to support the business.

Jonny you think I have just made this up? I sat here before sending this thinking whether I should post at all because there is always a response like this to everyone that trying to assist and support other shareholders. Everything I have written I truthful and I’ve shared the full trail of my comms with GM with trusted shareholders. I am not someone that posts for the sake of posting I was trying to show the faith I have within this business. I contemplated not messaging at all as I wouldn’t want to compromise and position with NCYT.

All I totally understand your frustrations and I’m the same as my portfolio is heavily weighted with novacyt however having been in communication with Graham over the past few months he has always been honest and fed back. The last email was airing my frustrations of the lack of good PR and also why aren’t they shouting at the roof tops of all the good work they are doing. His response was this

“As I have pointed out to a number of shareholders if the Company is not active in the media as we were a few months ago then perhaps there might be a very good reason(s) for this. As you know Novacyt is connected with various governments and agencies and all of these are under attack from the media. Would you wish to compromise these relationships by making oneself available to the media?”

I think at this moment in time it’s all about continued internal growth and their main focus is the PHE contract. We will get our moment and I truly trust what is going just need to be patient remember all these other stocks are being driven on sentiment not What they’re actually selling.

The other part of his email which gave me the confidence was as follows:

“We will continue to do our best to communicate with shareholders and we will continue to develop other forms of PR as the business matures into a mid-cap player.“

For those who don’t know a mid cap company is $2billion. Work that out on 71m shares in issue then you will feel a little bit more a ease that this will re rate at a SNG style rate over the next 6 months.
