This has had 90%+ of it's entire shares on issue traded on a single day as there are traes on plus as well. I ain't seen anything like it.

They already have 62%+ in favor of delisting so it will delist for sure as they are probably buying up the rest of shares on the cheap right now to finalize the delist and they could definitely convince other to accept the proposition. You could play on the bounce but if your willing to hold a delisted company then don't be surprised if you lose all your money.

They are doing exactly what MEC did they issue out a ridiculous amount of billions of shares on issue at way below market value and then when everything is settled they sub divide there shares they have probably by a 1000. Worth investing in once they get sub divided i think.

and just found out that the company is only in demand to pay the £3.3million debt conditional which was upped from £2million after deffered so that they can achieve a further new 18 months bank facilities. I see there game so when they do this pay off they get loads more money to be in debt with in return but they should then regain a much bigger turnover and greater profit margin. These guys are gambling big but if it pays off it could make every shareholder a great return. This is a very high risk but high gain company for the long term.

yeah i know they don't own the £5.6billion but they do manage that amount with 5 different companies and each one was acquired for millions of £s in the past and they only need to sell one of them and they could raise more then enough money to cover there debts and be in good cash flow.

They say they have £5.6 billion yes billion £s worth of assets under it's books and yet they are struggling with only £3.3 million pay off to RBS. I totally agree with Jister1 on how this company has not fluctuated north of at least 10p during these times of recovery is beyond belief. If PXS was able to hit 23p just on rumors then this company should of hit at least 5x as much if they said a possibility to sell one of there fund assets. Anything that is linked to RBS has cost me so much money it's unbelievable first cattles and now this. I hate RBS

I have an average of 3.2 on this with quite alot for me invested as i was looking forward to the results on monday but now it looks like they might issue out way more shares and dilute the holdings even further which is a common theme for them. is it better to cut my losses now and buy back in later date at a lower price when rights issue is done or hold and wait and hope for good results on monday. please advice

i bought into this last week twice with big loads when so many people were buying above 3p levels and averaged around 3.2p and now this is dropping the following week. Why i don't know even though it's more buys then sells.

This is strange people are getting all kinds of prices for there shares within a short time frame as 1 minute someone buys at 10.75 then the next 10 minutes someone buys at 11.59 with the bid staying the same. It's like pot luck with the prices but one thing is for certain they are not allowing big transactions for buys but are allowing the sells which means this share has limited stock available and they want our shares.

Just topped up i can't believe they have dipped to 10.75 buy so i took the opportunity and topped up for the weekend. this company will be around 15p next week i reckon.

are coming though making the bid price drop abit but it's a good opportunity to top up as these shares are really hard to get hold of and the mm's know that so hold tight or top up on the dips and prepare for a good ride north next week with this one.

they need to find a normad and counting before this gets delisted.

Last week this company was rising really fast and then the company announces that there was no reason for the rise but there clearly was as the company was releasing news upon news on deals being made. i reckon they intentionally wanted the price to fall so that the mm's could stock up on the shares before the real rises start once they announce news on takeover approach and further deals being made. This had a 52 week high of nearly £4s to buy this company at these prices seem to good to be true but i guess sometimes things just are.

Alot of deals made recently with this company and i am looking forward to there interim results. They have been getting alot of attention lately and maybe this will lead to alot more deals in the future. This has got unbelievable potential.

Why is this company rising so much if it is going to delist?

Well i have had two companies that i wined go into delisting that then ended up doing voluntary liquidation. the first was ARF which went into voluntary liquidation but i won't get any money back what do ever as they had preference share holders who are entitled to all the cash first received. Now the second is NNG which asked for voluntary liquidation via a vote and if accepted the shareholders would get 0.03p per share sometime next year which is worthless in a sense as that's about £300 for me as i have million shares in them which i bought for £1000.
