mate why do you type in capitals as it's really annoying because it means your trying to shout you messages across and it's quite off putting to some people. just type normally and if you have words that are needed for highlighting then only type that in capitals but not the entire sentence.

can you imagine how this could possibly rise in the future if it stays listed. this had a delist request release news and it jumped up over 400% once it bottomed out from that news. can you guys imagine the rises this company could have if it posted good news like profits in the year or joint ventures or new clients man this would rise 1000 fold. really want it to stay listed.

i have wanted to stay in today so badly but i could not resist taking my profit as i have been burned way too many times from fast risers and i did not want to have any regrets on this but i do think if this momentum keeps up again tomorrow then i will buy back in early as i am sure that if it keeps up like this 5p is the least it could be tomorrow. will be on the button early to see what happens.

i don't blame people taking profits now as it went up 3 days in a row and now I'm out. could regret it as tomorrow it could hit 5p but i am happy with my profit and good luck to you guys still left in.

i don't know i am really shocked about this rise today as i was expecting a dip day today to be honest but instead it went up 100%. i could expect a dip day tomorrow but then again they might surprise me again and hit 5p.

I can't believe what i am seeing as usually shares jump 100% then go up 40% the next days if your lucky but this went up 40% twice and then goes up 100% today i am pleased : )

what happened to NostraVenom who was trying to de-ramp this on Friday saying acer is worthless and you should sell now and it dropping so fast from a request to delist was not an over-reaction. well i bet he wished to have bought in when on the time he made that comment.

whats amazing about acer since Friday it's been going up but not jumping up 40% straight away no it just went up gradually ticking up a few points at a time and giving so many people who saw our post the chance to buy in. it never got ramped up by jumping 100% then falling 60% but each day it just went up 40%+ a time. another 40%+ tomorrow and we will see 5p

if the momentum stays the same then i think your right as it could then hit 5p tomorrow.

by the way if you did sell your 800,000 shares stake now you would send these shares crashing down as that is 200,000 more shares than the whats been bought today so far.

there have been successful delistings of companies and NAQ is one of them as they did it properly by subdividing the shares by 1000 which then cased each share to be worth £100 each before they got delisted and that would be the only delisting type i would accept. now if ACER did that too your stake saying you have 800,000 shares subdivided by 1000 making it 800 shares but each of them worth £100 would make your shares worth £80000 which aint bad from investing just £8000.

the rising of this company has gone up much better than i expected as it hit the top of the leader board 3 days in a row with and average of being nearly 40%+ each day from Friday to Tuesday. i have been waiting for a huge dip as that usually happens to big risers but it ain't happened and it's still going strong. dip to be expected sometime this week but that could happen once it goes up even more.

well no two companies can ever be compared with each other and cantano not getting delisted went up really high at the time and if the shareholder was not greedy and sold at it's high then they would of made huge profits and if cantano got delisted they would of went into administration anyway but no shareholder would have been aware of it.

It simply went up due to them shorting the spread so now i expect to see a few sells but i think it is so close to being stable around 3p as it's had such a good buying day so far.

i have never voted for anything requested as i don't ever have such a substantial stake in any company to make a difference i feel, but i think that if you don't use your vote stake on any request then it just counts as a no as they need votes applied for acceptance and not rejections so you not voting should just count as a rejection but the best thing to do if you have the time is go to that meeting and find out all the details and whats the best thing for the company and the money, but your broker could let you know if you could vote by post.

what can i say i got this one as right as i could have however i do expect a dip sometime but not sure when. should easily reach 3p - 4p but 5p may be a bit too much.

i saw the delisting rejection push ctno up over 150% on the day it got rejected. delisting is good for the company but not the shareholder if you don't have a significant stake in the company. your stake is close to 1.3% to be more exact. look owning 5million shares in this company gives you nearly 10% stake so owning 500000 shares gives you 1%. its quite easy to work out and at the time you bought it the market cap was just over half a million £. i am only confident that this won't get delisted just because the statement request seemed quit vague and they did not post a majority stakeholder amount that was for it.

if you do have 800000 shares at a 1p average than that is amazing. by the way you nearly have 1.5% stake in the company and if your not selling and noting voting for the delist of the company then only 23.5% of other stake holders are needed to stop the delist being accepted which means acer could fly after it gets rejected. it's a risk as i hate the terms in delisting and don't believe it's in any shareholders best interest and only supports the company as then they could do anything they want afterward and the shareholders would not have a clue with accounts and finances being involved with the company.
