don't get it wrong i ain't promoting this share as i never want to be called a ramper and have someone buy something and blame me for it. as you can see with my comments i don't say strong buy or anything as what anybody else does with there cash is always up to them as i only care about my investment. but i like to discuss things with other shareholders and know the potential or disadvantages to a company. i do wish i had more funds available to buy into this company and i don't have as much of a stake as galaxy as iv got 150000 shares bought 50000 at 4.9 then bought 100000 at sub 0.9. will hope it works well for us shareholders and i hope we all make good money.

how come these are flying today and i am the only one talking about it when it was other shares going up like this there would have been over 100posts today from different people.

Tell me a company that does not have a massive debt in these times and i will by them. 90%+ of companies on aim have nearly double or even triple the amount of debt of even there market capitalization. Look at the banks for goodness sake rbs had billions in debt and it just went out of the window when the gov got involved and now they are 40p+ now tell me how that works. If you ain't got any money in this company then you don't need to worry just look on and see how things pan out.

As you are a shareholder you have the right to be there and ask questions face to face with the CEO's on were this company is heading. Then you know for sure whats going to happen with your money.

I hope if this does get delisted that they do exactly what NAQ did which was to subdivide there shares by 1000 and then make every share worth £100. Yeah sure you will have alot less shares in your account but at least you would know your exact stake in the company and how much it's original worth is. That is the only delist type that would please me.

This company is the first one that i have seen that has had a delisting accepted have a positive impact for the company and it's shareholders. They did it properly and now the shares on issue are sub divided properly and every shareholder knows there exact stake in the company properly and not just numbers on a certificate. i wish all delisted shares did this as it makes it so clear your every 1 share is worth £100 simple.

well done that news makes sense so that person's 42000 shares he bought on 15 may is now worth £4200.

Why would someone pay so much for just 40 shares in this company? as the guy who spent £1000 less on the 15 may got 42000 shares.

well i initially bought first time on this when they were dropping and had so many buys at 4.9p and then they released the news on proposed delist which is not a confirmed one. they could rise back well above 8p as it's trading level if delist is rejected but to buy into this company even as a private company for under 2p is a bargain. it's a risky share as delisting is in it's shadows but for acer to drop from +7p to sub 1p on a delist request is ridiculous and think it should end up at 2-3p as it's mid level for next week.

you got to buy this share when it falls big and then sell when it rises and keep doing that till the company has ceased trading and you could make a great return. just be careful on when to buy and when to sell as yo need balls for this.

it's so ovious that it's price drop was an over reaction and i believe that it's right value even if it was to delist is 2p a share come on the company trading within a penny or even sub penny is stupid under any circumstances.

Very good post you seem to have done your research well on ctno but there is still the situation with xploite who they are owed monies from. do you know the deal with that?

the data centers is there main business but i thought that they have loads of them but it could be just one. if i was in charge of this business i would keep buying new land to build a data centers in and then sell them when completed and i think if ctno could do that they would make so much money. it would be property developing but with data centers which could fetch loads more money.
