I can't guarantee that it actually happened like that but it's my assumption that i made from just looking at the figures it seemed to add up to that really well to that combination of 450000 shares sell that combination i suggested was the only one you could make with them figures seen today. the other reason i think this could happen as this share has very low shares on issue amount and any large byes could really move these figures dramatically. well you can never know exactly why or how much shares move up or down nowadays but i do believe tactics like this are used in share dealings all the time no mater what price the company is at people try things like this because the name of the game is to make as much money as possible.

i think he or she bought at 0.25 150000 then another 150000 shares at 0.50 then 100000 shares at 0.60 and then 50000 shares at 1.10 and then sells 450000 at 1.20 he spends £2275 and makes £5400 that's £3125 profit.

it looks like someone did a fantastic pump and dump on this one i think he or she bought 450000s worth of shares right at the beginning of the day at 4 different trades and then in the end of the day sold it all at high as they could get for 1.2 and bagged a great profit for one day.

simply because it has such a low shares on issue amount but be careful as no one knows what the offer could be so it could just drop easily

whats going on with this share why is everything seen as red and sold as surely some people have bought. i bought into these 1.8 and it turned up red.

i can't believe this i was the first one going on about these a while back and sold them for a loss as nothing was happening and i needed funds for elsewhere and now they are up 400% f*** i have the worst luck. i should stick longer to my instincts well lesson learned i guess.

i wanted to buy these so many times this week but the large spread puts me off as well as so many other possible investors. i have not seen any company share at these prices have such a huge spread. i expect large spreads from companies worth less then a penny but not something worth 30p.

i made a mistake to sell once i heard the word delisting and panic sell with quite a big loss. they said they were only considering it and i should have read the whole article as i thought it would drop to 1p after seeing someone sell 10 millions worth at that price yesterday. if they confirm they will delist for sure to the shareholders then i expect it to reach at least 1p as why else would that person sell so much at that price.

i got scared this morning when i heard delisiting with these shares and cut my loses quick as i thought they would drop even more. but if i had waited till now i would have sold at a much less of a loss. i have had some bad experiences with delisting and have realized that 9 times out of 10 it's not so good for the common shareholder as it's virtually impossible to trade however the company could benefit from it in the very long term from it like 2-3 years from now. however i don't care much for delisting of aim because information on the company is limited and shareholders are left in the dark on vital information. staying on aim is the best option 1-as you get to see latest news when it comes out 2-fresh money isput i and out of it and we get to know how much. 3-you could sell your shares when ever you have the chance to.

i still bought so many of these yesterday as i saw them drop so fast but there is always a good reason why someone would sell 10million shares of these all at once at way below the sell value at 1p and that is he knew this news was coming.

i have never seen a ratio gap of a 52 week high and low that big before on any company in my life. it was once worth well above £15 and then it was worth less the 5p in a space of year. what in the world happened? i know it's a recession but that's like a drop of 99.9999%

3. this companies assets are in shares of other companies and recently the majority of companies shares have been going up steadily and if by the time they reach there liquidation date and shares have been sold at higher then there calculation in the beginning of march which was when all the banks and other companies were dropping huge%s really fast then they could actually achieve way more then £2+million worth by that time and paid off every redeemable shareholder fully and then the rest of whats left goes to the ordinary shareholder. i worked out after the redeemable preference shares are fully paid off that every £100000s extra they achieve from the liquidation is equivalent to 1p per share.

2. why would the majority of ordinary shareholders accept this liquidation if they wont get any money from it for them self's. as there are 9million+ ordinary shares and only 3.5million+ redeemable shares on issue surely the ordinary shareholders would have won the vote to not liquidate if they knew they won't get money from it at the meeting.

1. this is a voluntary liquidation not a forced one which means the money they get for there assets could be worth way more than they first thought.
