Yeah i agree very much a waiting game with this one. Very much a punt but a punt based on either a good or bad result with Kyrgyz Republic. So the research to be done is on the country itself.

I love the confidence and unlike rampers you guys put your money in and not just talk about it. This is an investment based upon a positive outcome with the Kyrgyz Republic and if that happens it would spike very quickly as its minning licence asset alone is work at least 10x its current market cap. With this company its all the eggs in one basket with them but that basket could be made of solid gold if things go its way. I think its best to know if they can start work again and things resolved with the gangs before the end of the countries winter period so they could start work again asap. I believe the company should ask not for money compensation from the government as lets be honest no way the government will pay them even if they win a legal case but they should ask for another 5 years ontop of current licence renewal free of charge till like 2023 instead of 2017 and then they have plenty of time to do work and mine before another renewal request.

Well Oblix you do own around just over 0.5% of the companies issues capital which aint bad. I did wish they could give another RNS apart from holdings as thats the 20th Holding RNS since June 2014.

They just sold around 66 million shares which is probably sold at around the average of 0.05p selling price so they just took out £33000 which to be honest aint much and they probably took a huge loss at that price as Lanstead Capital were at one point taking on issued shares of £1 million worth at around the 0.4p. http://www.investegate.co.uk/premier-gold-res-plc--pgr-/rns/subscription-to-raise--1-2-million/201212100700090906T/ So That same amount of shares that cost them around £250k they have just sold for around £33k which is a loss of around £217k. OUCH

Problem with this company is that it only has one asset so news flow will be few and far between. It has put itself in a position that means its this licence or nothing. It was something i was willing to risk my investment on because that part of the world has great gold deposits and i was sure if they were allowed to resume mining research they would get great results. Best thing to do is to hold and hope for the best.

Well the thing with shares it is always worth something until it gets suspended from trading for either wanting to delist or want go into administration. Ofcourse selling now would be losing you money at probably more then half your initial investment depending on when you bought in. I bought in at 0.11p so i would be more the %50 down on my return but at least i would get some money back. The issue for me is bassed on what i would regret more! My value in the shares being lost completely if it gets suspended or the chance that a decent RNS can come out and it multibags big from here. The regret on missing out on a multibager annoys me way more so that's why I am willing to wait!

The worse thing that the BOD did was threaten the government saying they would sue for $35 million compensation. The government probably laughed at them and said we not bothered with you as we got much bigger gold issues to deal with like Centerra Gold. Are they serious to even contemplate that? as we know for a fact that they would not get a single penny from them as its nothing to do with the government. The claim for compensation they should of asked for was an increase on there licence renewal years say for another 5 extra years instead of having it ending on 2017 it end on like 2022 or something. As it was the government and they may feel sorry for the in convenience of the gangs caused they could of said yeah fine and do it pretty easily. As they would of had a much longer lease term on that asset doing the production plans would of been eased and funding made much easier. Seriously they are so stupid some of the BOD on these AIM companies.

Its such a shame with the whole not being able to do work because of gangs there. The country is probably one of the biggest gold developing countries in central Asia and the odds on them finding huge old deposits in that area was huge and probably there licence alone is worth around at least 10x its current market cap but if they can't do work on that licence then its pretty much worthless. It needs to be resolved sooner rather then later but with the amount of updates they seem give on it like once every six months I doubt anything positive will come anytime soon. Good luck to everyone in this though as the risk is big and more likely to lose then win but if you do win you would win a big amount.

Where did it say they will meet in middle of november as im interested in this company but only if they are allowed to do there work because if not then its a worthless share. I know thats the gamble but i dont mind punting before that meeting and being positive on that outcome.

I mean wow they just got listings on AIM for just making a CGI series on Mourino and thats it! Thats the only show they are basing themselves on and they get to be on the AIM market for that. What a way for Portugal to introduce there first company on AIM. That is insane and makes me think that anyone can just make any company up and just list on the AIM market. Actually this gives me hope maybe I could start up my own company and then list on the AIM market and just issue a buckload of shares out to pay may wages.

OK so once all the shares are taken up for the to raise $14 million that means they are trying to raise near enough there current market cap in funds so expect to have near enough 8 billion shares on issue. Thats alot of shares and I hope its not another MTV and a good option which I think they should do is consolidate quickly maybe 10 or 100 to 1 shares and just get it trading at respectable levels. I dont really like consolidation but sometimes thats just the best solution for the long term as would be trading at respectable levels.

This is exactly how MTV started and kept doing equity issue after equity issue and next you know they have near 30 billion shares on issue and trades at below 0.02 level. Wasabi may follow suit!

How they can allow a company to do a £5 million shares placing in the end of 2012 and then have it accepted to be suspended a couple months later. This is very crazy and not sure how the BOD get away with it without being done for fraud activity!

You know what your spot on with all your comments before on aim companies and you know how the system works and have seen things a mile away. Aim has it's ups and downs but iv realised there are way more downs then ups I mean 1 out of 50 are ups if your lucky to pick the right aim company. Been caught in a trap way to many times with aim companies now and it's the hope that kills you as with the news they come out with they make you think they going in a new direction and are looking to make a comeback with a new strategy but that's just to sucker new investors in so that they can make more money. Aim needs to be tighter regulated as it seems the BOD have all the control when they get over paid salaries and **** away money put in by investors. How could people be rewarded with making millions and millions of pounds in losses boggles my mind. And it ain't 1 company in aim that gets away with it as there's 100s of them!

Looks like iv lost again with this one thinking they might focus on one of there assets once selling the ones they don't want. But it seems they just wanted to sell all there assets so that it could be an investment shell which is the trend with these AIM companies. This system is day light robbery! Hate that i ever got into this and i think i have a problem as I keep losing so much money and I can't stop investing as I just want to get it back!

This had the same chance to do what NEOS just did which was call for delisting dip to really low levels and then once delisting gets rejected have a big player buy a huge holding in the company at a low price and turn the company around.
