I would say that you know no more than anyone else about how Market Makers operate, you just read chat room myths, these apparently have MM's in stitches.

In a free market, with so many variables, opportunities and pitfalls, to make a claim that a MM can FIX A PRICE for 5 years is either fantasy share trading, or a wind up, or a blatant untruth.

Please provide proof of your claim that you know the conduct of Market Makers.

Apart from the obvious posters, there is an accord that acknowledges the possibility that Provexis may be taken over. The fact that foreign companies have swallowed up many health product brands around the globe gives credence to that speculation. For myself, I don't see it any time soon. However, the thought that we wouldn't want to start negotiations with the sp at current levels is shared all the way to the top of the company. Ultimately it will depend on a vote, I believe a low ball offer would stand no chance at all.

If you accept what the company has said about future prospects, as Kievsky does, me too, it is then logical to state that there is an opportunity. If you don't, obviously you will see no opportunity. Personal views, personal decisions.

Your key claims are noted, we can all measure them against reality. I'm in full agreement with Kievsky, the current set of circumstances are hugely more favourable than anything seen previously. The prospect of increased revenues "many multiples" of revenues to date will make the business case very much more positive IMHO.

I won't list the items of genuine verifiable progress again, but they are all there.
Do you really claim that the history cancels out all of those milestones?
Do you really claim that there will be 5 years with no upward sp movement?
Do you really claim that financing will run out? In that respect, history supports the opposing view, financing has been achieved as needed.

Well, implicit in that view is any justifying evidence. You talked of 5 years or never, ignoring totally the progress made in the commercialisation and increased patented health claims. It's your view, based on your view, evidence free.

You know all about the involvement of By Health.
You know of the expansion of Provexis retail very recently.
You know about the additional patent for alleviation of air pollution symptoms.
You know about the patent for recovery from sports induced ill effects.
You know that fundraising was achieved with minimal fuss recently, bringing on a new major holder.

All of these, and more, can have a beneficial effect on sentiment to the company within a much shorter timescale.

So, again, why such extreme pessimism? Was it just that I posted that spurred you in to knee jerk reaction, as it does every time?

The joint project planned for next year between Provexis and By Health could well be furthering the health claim established in that patent IMHO. By then the tests for Chinese regulation should be complete, an important step in preparation for product launches.

Having gone over the post that threw PukMan in to full meltdown, I can only find one sentence that could have triggered that torrent of sarcastic scorn, it was hilarious that Bits failed to recognise the sarcasm.

I'll admit to a typo, the last s should clearly not be there. The rest is plain fact according to officially published data.

An illustration that negative minds don't stop figuring out ways to twist any comment. No matter how light hearted, no matter that it is just a song lyric, one so fantastically reinterpreted recently live on BBC. Relentless utter misery from a poster who bought at the wrong time, and so blames everyone else.

I definitely wouldn't care to have a mindset like that. Life is full of triumphs and defeats, accepting that hard fact is my motto.

Just when it seems you can't get more miserable, you reach another level.
Fruitflow IS being marketed further and wider, when that becomes a product from a higher profile brand is solely down to those brands to decide, no one could force them could they.
