How long it takes to complete the liquidation , in the case of WRN, depends on whether the liquidator can complete the various legal claims relating to the Scottish football club. Begbies say they are trying to reach an agreement without going to court, but their fees continue to mount up regardless, reducing any remainder for creditors month by month. Going to court would consume a lot more cash.

By Health are submitting the application, and they are a Chinese company. Hopefully we will see the benefit of partnering with them to enter this huge market rather than attempt a submission as a foreign company.

Yep, so there is no current court case. In order for one to begin, Mr S would have to be in receipt of service.. There is no evidence of that, and I'm sure the diligent posters on the other site have been all over that since it was claimed on the website of someone who has claimed an awful lot of things before.

Sorry that I remain interested in WRN, it is a story like no other I have ever seen. I read all serious opinions on both sides of the argument, and don't post here very often at all. I can't write my opinion, it upsets a lot of other posters, but surely I can ask a genuine question?
