Perhaps someone could relay to my critic, who claims he has me filtered, that I am strongly in profit here, and expect a lot more as sales volumes begin to be many multiples of current. So he's bitter about his own choices, and I'm happy with mine.

Keep up the analysis of the length of a piece of string Bern, no harm in it. Pre=selling shares at an inflated price to meet a placing? That's another off the wall concept. Wouldn't you think that the group of investors who have already laid out millions will already know how much, for how many, they have to commit for this round? There have been no signs that these folks churn any, so MM's wouldn't get their hands on them anyway.

It's an offence to intelligence that the old duffer really thinks that others have judged things as badly as he did. By his own admission, he sold most of his holding at a massive loss a couple of years back, thereby putting the remainder at an average that is unattainable. Whereas I'd wager that the vast majority either sold up, moved on and shut up, or continued to add periodically. If some took a loss and quit, that's the market, wish them better luck or judgement on other stocks. Those that took the second option are likely now looking at tidy gains, if they take them, again that's the market. Only one persists in pouring out his bitterness continually.

What it is, is the company complying with regulations, to report anything that is significant to the whole market. Anyone buying will know the need for funds, depending on the increased inventory necessary, the raise may be more than expected.
However, our own brand product expanded in to a gigantic marketplace has to be excellent news. Congratulations to Mr Ford for conducting this negotiation at a time when business travel hasn't been possible.

Yep, well I'm not going to read the entrails with you. Think scaling. Each step brings down cost per item, increases margin per item. Need to sell a lot more, to buy a lot more. Constrictions on expanding market reach, to balance the need to keep costs down at this phase.
That's why the Seriburns of this world do us a favour, and By Health. Opens up a whole new vista.

I know you like lengthy posts attempting to sat out the business model of Fruitflow. But please, please, don't persist with your claim that Fruitflow packs cost a tenner wholesale. Please. All that does is show your complete lack of knowledge of how product pricing is arrived at.

MM's can, and do, short shares.

Bern, obviously we are all guessing, but your view that By Health will start off small doesn't seem accurate to me. Their MO is to go big on product launches, they have the infrastructure to promote nationally, and I'd fully expect that level of market penetration when they do decide to press the start button.
As for when the revenue would be reflected back to Provexis, that may well depend on how much of a contribution DSM are expected to make to launch costs. The big step is to see the launch take place, surely the rest of the story is then all upside. IMHO

This year's AGM was a pure formality, even the most business illiterate can recognise the unusual circumstances this year.
The work of the company goes unnoticed for the most part, but it doesn't just happen. Associations that go back many years have resulted in collaborations that bode well for the future. The very first " many multiples" mass product launch in the vast China market looks to not too far away according to the By Health comments. This, only in my own personal view, should make the revenue flow an attractive proposition for an acquirer. This year hasn't been one for such face to face discussions, and the development hasn't reached the right stage. Yet.

Yep, there's merit in that. However, if there's nowt in it for the MM's, they'll likely chuck the sp any which way, which does no favours to any holder. So really either way is supportive in some fashion. The By Health stuff kindly dug out by gixer and sphinx is encouraging though, big thanks for finding it.
